I'm getting ready for Dragon Ball Z Super by rewatching these masterpieces, most definitely recommend to any and all DBZ fans like myself :)

My Son opened his Gift and both cases were cracked poorly shipped.

Dragon Ball Z season 8 is one of my favorite seasons after the Cell Saga. Some people hate the Buu Saga but I enjoyed it. This season you had Majin Vegeta. Oh man the fight between Vegeta and Goku was epic. It just sucks that Gohan isn’t as great as he should be. Should’ve trained...all in all it’s what I’m familiar with growing up.

Purchased this for two preteens because they were spending the weekend with me. Popped the first disc in and they enjoyed themselves the whole time. Great purchase.

This is the Majin Vegeta season. Everything goes down. The Tenkaichi Budokai is in play along with Goku hitting SSJ3 for the first time while fighting Boo! I love it! The remastered versions are really good IMHO, although the crop can be a bit annoying! Kai hasn't gone this far in the series, so there is nothing to compare there (although Kai, even with it's superior original aspect ratio, still ranks far below the standard blu ray box sets with filler - quality wise, and what I hate most, the constant editing and censorship even in dialogue). The best us fans had were the Level box sets with the original aspect ratio and amazing remastering, very sadly discontinued after the Saiyan Arc. What gets me the most about the current box sets is the unfortunate crop... it makes the image closer zoomier looking producing a "thick" line effect to many memorable scenes. Had they kept it the original aspect ratio this would not be evident (same goes for all the cropped films). All in all this looks far better than the DVD's, and in fact the crops have now been re-aligned in some scenes for a fuller effect. Whether you're a pre-teen or old geezer like me who still remembers child Goku as "Zero" from the few '80's Harmony dub episodes of DB, you're going to love the cleanly mastered versions. Contrasty but smooth, large but subtle, and the best part, the full glory of Japanese mono! To quote Vegeta's favorite term, you'd have to be a bakayaro not to get this if you're a fan!

Season 8 is awesome. Always enjoyed Vegeta going Majin. You also get to see SSJ3 Goku and the Gotenks fusion. Awesome bluray.

The beginning of the Majin Bu series is one of my favorite and I love watching. For 18.99 I had to grab it to take home.

Bought these for my husband, he loved it. Had an adventure finding them, sold out everywhere cause they were on sale.

This is a great series. It looks really nice in HD on my newer TV. Only wish it was in its original ratio.

Worth the money to watch one of the Best anime's ever made and it looks crispy ;) in 1080p

Good quality, one of the best DBZ seasons. Lots of content with a few audio options to enjoy.

You can never go wrong with dragonball z and having options makes it even more better!

My brother is a fan of this and he loved it ! This is all he watches now.
