Yes I know that DBZ is out in Blu-Ray and stuff. In my opinion the classic orange box with all the original English voice actors Is beyond Super Saiyan.

It was better than I remembered. I had totally forgotten that it was Gohan that killed Cell.

This disk DOES NOT CONTAIN THE ANY EPISODES FEATURING THE AFTERWORLD TOURNAMENT OR THE SAIYAMAN SAGA. *** It contains, after "Cell Returns": The Horror Wont End, Save the World, Goku's Decision, One More Wish, and Free the Future. It does not contain the episodes you list in your description after 'Cell Returns". :/ Some folks are very picky about this sort of thing because most fans buying these disks are dedicated to the series and want to know what they're buying. *** Second - thanks to the lovely lady at Best Buy who honored the competitors $29.99 price! I wasn't aware that, if given proof of a lower price, Best Buy would indeed honor competitors prices. You guys rock. Now, onto the disks: All of these new sets are excellent upgrades from the originally aired episodes and Season Six is no exception. They're uncut, restored, and remastered...and as a bonus—the disks contain the original Toonami run of DBZ as well as the Japanese language edition. Not many companies are willing to include all 'all three' versions of a product [ those they've had to edit in order to meet American television guidelines or the original Japanese product they've worked from]. It's nice to see a company make an effort to please all fan tastes--while many of us adult otaku appreciate uncut/restored editions, some parents appreciate having 'edited' versions for the younger, uncorrupted fans. ^_- *** While I enjoy the Japan raws - I'll always be a fan of the dub. Kudos to Funimation for going back and making script changes that best reflected the storyline and made for a better localization of the series! You've made loving DBZ cool again!

SPOILER ALERT - You're crazy, if you don't already know what's going to happen... I think that they've done a great job re-releasing these episodes in a high quality format, and best buy is offering a movie as part of a bundle. As for the episodes... they're action packed. The series has been criticized for being slow-paced, but these episodes deliver fast action, and twists at every corner. From Goku's tragic sacrifice, to Gohan become Super Saiyan 2, the gruesome attack that nearly kills Trunks, and then finally the extra bit of help by Vegeta that lets Gohan finish Cell off for good. It also includes several episodes that take place several years into the future, which begin the next saga for the Z Warriors.

This Boxset of DBZ is great. It was my first of the digitally remastered and uncut and I am eager to purchase more. If you are a true collector of the DBZ episodes, then buy these boxsets. Its worth its price.

This season contains the entire Cell Games saga. The Z fighters' fight with Cell, having to work altogether, is probably the most epic battle in DBZ history. I think this is my favorite season.

If your a dbz fan then this is a must have unless your into the old dialuge more otherwise I suggest you just collect the original dvds which would cost alot more. The pictures great on these dvd's that and the price is pretty good too which is why I would recomend these to anyone.
