This is a great game for anyone who loves high fantasy RPGs.

Product is fine. However, the delivery (which was a pre-order) was delivered four days after the release date, game case was broken, and the pre-order steelbook was not included.

Normally, Best Buy is my go-to place for all pre-orders be it film or games. But something has been occurring over the past few years were their quality in service has taken a major decline. This is probably the reason why they're having to make such changes reporting low earnings and closing down multiple stores. Service should be the number one goal for a company that wants to remain agile in a business Market with many different competitors. This item was pre-ordered. The pre-order also suggested that the item would come with a steelbook. From what is being reported this is not the case. But specifically in my case this is the third or fourth time recently that a pre-ordered title did not arrive on release date and instead was delayed a week. It would be understandable if this happened every now and then but this is now becoming more and more of the case and so now it behooves me to look at competitors for options simply for reliability and service.

I preordered the game because i was promised to get a steelbook with the pre order (that was the reason I bought it from this retailer), upon picking up the game i was told the book wouldnt come with the game because i need it to be ordered as a separate item with the game. It has nothing to do with the game, but the customer service is so bad that i wanted to sue the company for false advertising and misleading information. They will do everyting they can to get the sale, even lie to their customers.

I did like many others and preordered this game from bestbuy specifically for the pre order bonus steelbook case. It clearly stated when making the order that there would be a steelbook included with my order. I canceled my order from amazon for this very reason as well. I recieved the game several days after the release date and never got the steelbook. When chatting with bestbuy the rep was rude and no help whatsoever. I didnt even get an apology or an acknowledgement of what they had done. I don’t recommend preordering anything from bestbuy. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Graphics are insane. One of the best looking RPG games out. Addicting control mechanics.

Don't put a steelbook in the pictures if its not included very misleading and pi55ed about it.
