Nice to get these with the pre order bonus. Hope best buy keeps it going. I go to bestbuy for pre orders instead of game stop because of this bonus.

Fantastic game. The sequel to my favorite game of all time. Rough around the edges but confidently designed and very memorable.

Glad that BestBuy still dealing with video games physical copies , the steel book is nice , the art and colors are very well made .

Since the insides pretty much empty ill just decorate it with Stickers DD2 edition. Overall the case is nice

Bestbuy is the obly store I know of that offers a steelbook case as a free pre order bonus.

I have always loved steel covers. This is no exception.

I'm so thankful that Best Buy started shipping steelbooks in boxes so they don't get damaged

The steelbook damaged and not as good as the photo.

I preordered the game about a month before its release. The only reason I pre ordered from Best Buy was because of this case (yes i understand its silly, but in a competitive brick and mortar outlet you have to be competitive with pre order bonuses). Looking at the pre order photos, it shows the steelbook case, so I was assuming it came with all pre orders. To my surprise, when I went to pick it up, the associate said they had /NO/ steel book cases. not even for those who specifically had them in their order. Very disappointing, I'll definitely be considering other stores for pre orders down the line.

For the people that wanted this, you have to make sure it's included in your cart when preordering the game! If it's not there, then you won't be getting one! They also add bonuses randomly so even if you preorder early, you will still most likely not get it. You would have to cancel then preorder it again

Preordered the game with tons of time before release. Never got my steel book. I was told to check the website weekly to see if it restocks and call back to get it sent to me, and that even then, it might not be possible. Looks like management of how many an individual can order was not curious because I see tons of these on eBay for $200 and up on release day. Absolutely ridiculous. Same thing happened with Final Fantasy 7 with Best Buy. Don’t bother preordering with this company again, they never follow through.

Pre-ordered two copies on two seperate accounts didn't get the steelbook with either. Wife went to bestbuy pickup for both and only one of them was "ready" they made her drive 30 minutes home with no steelbook then expected her to spend another hour driving there and back. Staff couldn't be bothered to just give her one of the display copies. Last time we are pre-ordering from best buy. Customer support was pathetic both in person and online.
