Will directly jump onto the gaps. 1. Doesn't vacuum corners or wall edges at all. 2. Leave dirt or particles on the floor as well during vacuum. 3. It sometimes get stuck on the carpet edge and sometimes, get tangled on Floor lamp power cable. 4. It fails to detect bed box legs. It hits them every time it is working in the bedroom. 5. User experience of the app is not good. It takes time for us to familerize ourself with it. 6. There can be better options to be made available for users in terms of scheduling cleaning. I am not sure, there are issues with its sensor, or wheel or anything else. But the way it is advertised, 100% is not true. I may or may not recommend this to anyone, but if I did, I will surely share the gaps.

I absolutely love this vacuum. The mop heads get under the edges of the cabinets, the batter last longer than any other vacuum I’ve had. So far I have no complaints!

My best purchase, make my life easy, love this robot

Bought this for our laminte wooden floor and once the robo leaves the dock station, water from dock station will keep flowing untill you manually take the water bin out of the station , even pressung the hng down wont stop it . Brand new system started giving problem . Went online to check and seems other people have similar issue at some point of having it . Also i am glad it started this problem as a brand new system so i tried connecting with the service department and did all what they asked but would still give problem in between. Even customer service said they ahve this problem . So returend it. Really bad for wooden floor if you have a water overflowing especially when you are not aroud. You aint buying a robo vacuum and mop to stand there and watch while its clenaing lol of and when it will leak !!

I was not able to see it in action, didn’t see it clean my floors. I could not get through the initial set up, even with the help of customer service. The battery did not come charged so it died trying to set it up. I was not able to charge it. I do not recommend it.
