I named mine Pearl and she is absolutely lovely! An excellent edition to help with my cleaning duties. Her intelligent features are very convenient especially being able to locate her and physically see what/where she’s cleaning and to be able to point her in any direction she’s needed. She cleans consistently well each time both vacuuming and mopping. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone and everyone!

The Dreame L10s Ultra has made cleaning my home so much easier. It vacuums and mops very well, and the navigation is accurate, allowing it to clean around furniture without getting stuck. I love that it automatically empties the dustbin and washes the mop pads, which saves me a lot of time and effort. The app is easy to use, and scheduling cleanings is simple. It does a great job picking up dust, pet hair, and everyday dirt, leaving my floors looking clean. I have a malamute/Australian Shepard mix and two cats which mean my house is always covered in shed fur. This helps a ton with keeping the rugs and hard floor clean from dirt, fur, and cat litter that was tracked. Easy to set up and no issues (just keep toy mice picked up or it may jam).

I run this robot vacuum M-F every day. I have a lab that sheds a lot of dog hair. The vacuum struggles with leaving little rolled balls of hair on my caroets when it transitions from tile to carpet. About once a week I have to manually vacuum just make sure everything is clean. The moo feature is great. I love the water containers. Set up is easy and the app is user friendly.

You will love it, it is really easy to use it ans works perfectly fine, looks really nice and modern and the app is really friendly . I have a medium dog and there is no more hair on the floor or mats, its sensor makes it friendy with my dog and the integrated camara help me to idenrify where is it and how is woeking .. highly recommended !!

This little Robot has become a favorite in our home. It does an amazing job cleaning. It’s smart and senses the difference between a rug and floor. We run it everyday and couldn’t be happier. Easier to empty dirty water, change pads, and fill. I highly recommend it!

This robot vacuum is truly like having a robotic housekeeper in my home. I have never seen a robot vacuum clean so thoroughly and efficiently. It does an amazing job of keeping my floors spotless, and after cleaning, it automatically washes its own mop pads, so there’s no unpleasant odor and very little maintenance required. Every time I see how clean my house is, I feel incredibly satisfied. It has made my daily life so much easier and more convenient. I even find myself thanking my Dreame X10 Ultra on a regular basis because it does such a fantastic job. If you're looking for a robot vacuum that truly takes care of your home, I highly recommend it. It has exceeded my expectations in every way.

Handles our needs with no issues. We have pets that shed a lot but it gets everything cleaned up easily. Mapping took a couple attempts due to it getting caught or jammed but once the map was complete we’ve had no other issues

I really recommend this robot-vacuum. It has excellent navigation, cleans up thoroughly and wash and dry mop yourself. 5/5 perfect.

It took a minute to connect to my home Wi-Fi, but overall I really enjoy the robot and the app design is very clean and easy to operate. I also like that the unit has an option to lock the touch buttons on the robot and the docking station, since it prevents my kid from touching and activating the device.

Absolutely wonderful. Absolutely love it. It vacuums and mops at same time. It tells yas when to add water. Tells ya if something clogged. It’s the best. I’m 72 and need the help. It does a great job.

It does a very thorough cleaning job however it sometimes goes back and cleans the same area again and one job.

We have had this for about 3 weeks and so far, so good. It cleans hardwood floors very well.

Well, it started off great. Cleaned very nicely. My wife loved it but it started having sensor issues within a few weeks of use. I cleaned it weekly as scheduled but it started malfunctioning. Now I have to send it in for repair since the 14 days to return to Best Buy passed. Very frustrating.
