Wrong and cheap item sent

They delievered megawise 1.5l humidifier that is way more cheaper in Amazon. Best buy live agent wasn't of enough help saying that I should contact the seller directly. I contacted seller, they asked me to send the picture. I don't see any option to send them the picture. It's a scam. Totally disappointed with best buy.

Best Buy Poor Customer Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered a Dreo 6L Smart humidifier from Best Buy $99, (on sale for $42) but was sent a cheap 1 gallon plastic Megawise humidifier worth $20. We took it back to the store, told them the wrong humidifier was sent to us and we'd like to get the one we ordered. They said, "We can refund you money, but unfortunately the original one you ordered is no longer on sale, so you would have to pay $99 for a new one. They wouldn't even stand behind their sale price when it was their fault for sending the wrong item. Very poor customer service from Best Buy

I ordered this & was sent a very cheap off brand 1.5 L humidifier, not the 6L Dreo Smart Humidifier as was pictured! It is scam! I ordered this on Black Friday. It looks like others share my same story.

I order this piece in black friday deals but they delivered megawise 1.5l humidifier instead. I had to fight for the return. Post that I see the price has increased. Do not buy this. Disappointing Best buy !!!! I wish there was a zero star option !
