Nice little fan that's very powerful. I use it in my kitchen to circulate the air and it does the job. It's fairly quiet on the 1st and 2nd setting but the 3rd is a bit loud. This was my first Dreo fan and I wasn't disappointed. I've since bought a Dreo tower fan for my bedroom and it's been great also.

Solid Performance — Great Companion to A/C! I purchased the Dreo CF409 fan to help circulate cool air in my room, and it’s done a fantastic job. The airflow is strong and consistent — you can really feel it even from across the room. It’s impressively quiet, even on higher settings, which makes it perfect for use while working or sleeping. One feature I really like is the vertical tilt adjustment. It gives you flexibility in aiming the airflow up or down. However, I do wish it also swiveled side to side for more complete coverage — that would make it nearly perfect. That said, it works especially well when used in combination with an air conditioner. It helps move the cold air more efficiently, making the room feel cooler faster. Overall, I’m happy with this fan and would recommend it if you’re looking for a powerful, quiet, and compact air circulator — especially for use alongside your A/C.

Lowest setting of the fan is quiet enough to forget that the fan is even on, yet still pushes quite a bit of air. Medium and high setting are a bit louder and pushes a lot more air, but still much quieter than a box fan while pushing air farther. On days like these when its hitting close to 100F, if you have a heat pump or a hybrid water heater in the basement (which is basically an air conditioner) this fan can help circulate the colder air from below to upper floors. I do have other fans of this size from other popular brands Vor###, Hon###, and some off-brands, this fan performs better in both noise level and the amount of air moved against all the other fans. I purchased a second fan due to excellent performance.

This fan is surprisingly effective for its compact size, providing excellent airflow that helps circulate cool air from my AC in the summer and dissipates heat from my oxygen machine during the winter. While it’s not completely silent, the noise level is quite low and easily fades into the background. My only critique is the price; while the performance is impressive, it feels a bit expensive for what it is. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable choice for improving air circulation in any room.

I like that it doesn't take up alot of room and very powerful to be so compact... can cool a bedroom...

This fan is really powerful for it's size. It's almost hard to believe. Great fan, gives off practically as much air as a full size box fan, if not more. I wouldn't mind having another one. I sleep with the fan on and this thing on high will literally blow off a top sheet.

Very powerful, projects airflow excellently. i use it at about 10 feet away and it does an excellent job. Seems sturdily built and the tilt adjustment works fine. The three speeds are spaced well.

Not really that great. It’s small and doesn’t have a handle for carrying. Bummer! It doesn’t oscillate. But, it does push out a good amount of air. Also, no remote control and the controls are not convenient to use. Probably good for a workshop or something like that.

Excellent operation, air flow is powerful and carries a long way. Very quiet operation and looks great. This is the best fan I have ever owned.

For a small desk fan has a lot of power. Works great on my standup desk.

Needed a small fan for my top floor apartment. Wanted something that would last me a good while and that would get the job done. Found this brand, read the reviews carefully, and decided this was it. Happy with my purchase to the point, I moved this fan to my room and had to purchase another one. I will definitely recommend this brand and style to anybody. Definitely gets the room/area cool/cold and its a convenient size too.

Much quieter than other room fans I've purchased. Although , I would consider it more of a personal fan since it doesn't rotate. It does the job when it is on me - cool me down quickly. It can cool the room - after a time. If you are looking for a true room fan to regulate the temperature then a rotating one might be what you are looking for. You can sleep with it at lowest setting and stay cool (just went through a 90 - 100 degrees heat wave) if fan close to you. High speed louder and not quiet enough to sleep (at least for me), and noticeable during day. Bottom line, it's okay; I WOULD purchase their quiet tower fan for a true room fan; and room fans are never going to be as quiet as ceiling fans

For such a small fan, this thing packs a punch with barely any noise!

Does a great job of moving air to another room, easily reaching 20 ft on low setting. Very quiet on low, a little more sound on 2 or 3. Probably as quiet as a similar vornado but I couldn't be sure. I only run it on lowest speed, as I'm very sensitive to fan noise.
