Fun movie set in a Chicago brewery (actually Revolution Brewing). Good story and a fun view

Drinking Buddies defies expectations of movie romance and comedy with a little harsh reality mixed with its sincere portrayals of friendship and courtship. At a lean ninety minutes it doesn't overstay its welcome; as a romance, it doesn't overplay its drama; and as a comedy, it doesn't overstretch itself to make a joke. And thanks in no small part to a lack of manipulative tropes, it is a more authentic storytelling experience, thus more involving than the average or even above-average romantic comedy.

I watched this because I like movies about drinking beer, and I liked the cast. It was a good movie and is worth watching. I probably did not need to buy it though.

The DVD costs $14.99, but the blu-ray is only $9.99; when you can find it. A combo would have been nice but I understand that these small budgeted, independent films are in need of recouping their costs. I loved it and I think if you like late 20's-early 30's films about beer, friendship, relationships, etc. this is the film for you.

This movie arrived quickly, and packaged well with no damage. This movie is such a great combination of awkwardness and chemistry. It feels as though you are peeking in on someone else's life. Anna Kendrick and Olivia Wilde really steal the show.

Predictable storyline so the ending could've been better. Great cast!

Didn't know this was an improvised movie til after I watched it. Definitely made more sense then because some of the conversations were weird and the lines were not that great. Enjoyed it because it was something different.

I enjoyed Drinking Buddies. I watched it with someone who doesn't know how to appreciate independent films though. Don't make my mistake.

I like the actors in this film, so I took a gamble on buying it. I liked it it was entertaining and funny. Just what I expected.

It's Was A OK Movie. I Don't Think I Would Recommend To Any One.

This is a great subtle look at a relationship between a man and a woman trying to just be friends in a culture that pushes them to be romantic. All the performances are great and everything feels very natural. A slight letdown when compared to the director's masterpiece, Nights and Weekends.

This is an excellent movie. Has amazing actors and is as real as you can get. Its a movie about real life and situations and makes you feel as if you know them
