Drive explores a quiet character played by Ryan Gosling who by day is a stunt driver and mechanic, but through his connections, occasionally ends up as the wheelman for robberies. Through a series of coincidences, he becomes involved in a robbery to help settle the debt for a family he enjoys seeing reunited, only to find out that with crime, plans can go wrong very quickly.

this movie is not for everyone. you will either love it or hate. i wasn't expecting much, but I was quite surprised and impressed by this film. the acting is on point and the soundtrack is quite good. it fits the movie well. there's love and action and violence. i can't really say exactly why, but I absolutely love this movie.

How Ryan Gosling did not get nominated for an Oscar for this film is beyond me. Nevertheless, the movie is outstanding. The picture is incredible and the eighties synth-pop soundtrack is amazing.

I originally saw this via redbox when it first came out. I remembering liking it, so I bought it and also Only God Forgives which I have not seen. I didn't like it as much the 2nd time but it is still worth a couple watches with those who havent seen it.

Drive was well directed, written and acted. Plot takes some unexpected turns and twists that keep your interest. Drive sometimes slows down but the music in the movie keeps things going, even haunting at times. If you are looking for a movie that is destined to be a classic, drive over to BestBuy and pick up Drive.

Drive is definitely an interesting caper that follows a stunt-driver, mechanic out in L.A. who moonlights as a get-away driver. The cinematography is one of the best things about this movie. The action is especially realistic and especially gory at points. The character development of certain character and lack there of definitely draw the viewers in. Good one to check out on Blu-ray.

Driver features a Synth heavy soundtrack that is reminiscent of the 1980's. Lots of mystery surrounds most of the characters and the viewer feels they all have a backstory that we don't know, which makes them feel well rounded and real. The surround mix on the film is excellent, particularly the opening sequence.

This is a pure adrenaline drivin film that uses violence only as a necessary means, when necessary to move the story to its end game based on shadowy, dark characters. Just when things seem calm, cool and collected then there's a surprise waiting when you turn the corner...giving credibility to the films title... Drive!

This Is one of my favorite movies and I was a bit disappointed with the cover for the general release on blu-ray. The disc contains the same features as the general release with great audio and picture on the movie itself. The only difference is the disc art and the steel book which I liked very much.

I was expecting a little more from this movie because I had heard so many positive reviews, and therefore I was a little let down. It was a good movie, but not great. Evidently my expectations were just too high because it was entertaining and will be good to watch again, but I wasn't floored by any aspect of this movie other than the music and camera work.

Do not get me wrong, I knew it would be violent and it is necessary for the story being told. I just threw that in there because it may be a bit much for some people. The acting is superb. I was genuinely surprised at how well everyone did and how interested I became in the story. It is beautifully shot very well told.

Pretty good movie to watch on a relaxing day I would recommend

This film is easily one of my favorites of the past ten years. Slow-burning and ultra-stylish with a mysterious protagonist at the center of a violent story. I owned this film on Blu-ray already, but went out of my way to buy this Steelbook edition for the incredible artwork on the case.

Gosling shines in a movie less about driving and more about the character themselves. Gosling puts for a phenomenal performance and his character's relationship with Carey Mulligan's is refreshing and unique. Great cameo appearances by Bryan Cranston, Albert Brooks, Christina Hendricks and Ron Perlman.

This is an excellent steel book of an great film. The design of the steel book caught my attention when i was browsing the movies section and I had to get it. The film is a great movie that is beautifully shot. This steel book is a perfect artistic paring to an already aesthetically pleasing work of cinematography

Saw this movie in the theater when it first came out and I absolutely loved it. Great performances by a talented cast including Ryan Gosling, Carrie Mulligan, and Bryan Cranston. The picture quality on the blu-ray is, as always, unbelievable. An absolute must-watch movie if you haven't seen it!

I'm a sucker for steel books. I add as many to my collection as possible. I'm happy I got this one. A great movie, but only if you understand Refn. I love his work. This movie is shot beautifully, has a great score and Gosling is great. Nothing to not love.

Everything about this movie is why I love cinema as my favorite form of story telling. Great acting with minimal and understandable dialog. An issue that drives the story at a steady pace. The action and driving scenes are A+ and the score/ soundtrack were a pleasant suprise.

Love this movie. One of my wife’s favorites. It oozes style and the soundtrack is incredible! Picture quality for the disk is really nice. One of Goslings best! I only wish there was a 4K disk!
