Oven install

Incompetent installers

In the process of attempting to place the range they bent the rear leg. They did not align the safety shoe to secure the rear leg and in the process of impacting the safety shoe they bent the rear leg. After they said they couldn’t install the range and left , I had to repair the leg and place the range myself

This unit is still sitting in the middle of my kitchen where they left it. I am on call #23 to Best Buy Customer (I Don't) Care and no resolution in sight.

Frigidaire Gallery Oven/Microwave Combo

Men came in a rental truck Men could not speak much English Didn’t have the right tools or parts with them and made do with what they had I had to clean up after they left a mess

Sales people are nice and courteous but frustrated that they could not get someone to install it. Best Buy CEOs should not set their employees up with this problem. Makes the store look bad and the store had to refund.

Range

The installer spent several hours here and all I heard was all the issues about why it would not fit. It was left in the middle of my kitchen and I installed it myself in about 20 minutes.

Bad

He ended up telling me after two days of measuring, that I would have to raise my counter 3/4". After he left, I installed it myself with no problem.

Second straight disaster

Wrong Kit

The installer had to sell us a different one (for $175!!!). Also, the range did not fit in our cut out because we have about an inch of granite before the wall.
