PROS: Got the replacement rather quickly and transfer was somewhat easy. CONS: Promised many things but reps make up their own stuff when I filed a claim which resulted in higher costs then indicated in their paperwork;. Website and phone support is not as great as hoped, received a lot of run-arounds and failed transfers; had to go to store to get assistance and Geek squad member did mess up the claim too. A lot of requirements when getting a replacements, if you miss one then you will forfeit replacement! Filed a claim for broken screen but it was filed as water damage, this was not corrected even after I called AND their own tech noted that the issue was a broken screen!!! (no money was refunded, no effort was made on their end)

It's convenient to offer a replacement/repair plan and it is speedy (took less than 24hrs for our new replacement phone to arrive) however after 20 mos of paying $9 per month we were charged $150 as a deductible....on the old plan you were only charged $25-35

I think that insurance is necessary for very expensive telephones like the iPhone family of phones. Even tho Consumer Reports says insurance is not necessary for my phone, I just feel better that I have it.

This plan is great protection for your cell phone. If the phone can't be fixed, they will give a loaner. Deductible is reasonable. Only downside is that lost or stolen phones are not covered.

My lg washer has all the greatest features you could ask for. The reviews were extremely informative and helped me tremendously to decide on what my needs were.

I've never had a bad experience with the Apple care protection. They've always had prompt friendly service. Nice to have that secure feeling when using your phone.

Opted to go with Best Buy's Cell Phone Warranty over AT&T's because there are more benefits available through them, including extra points for my BB Credit Card.

The PS4 was packaged very nicely, easy to setup and worked perfectly. Went ahead and purchased the extended protection and couldn't be happier with everything.

Good security to have especially the way my kids drop phones. Although there is a high deductible better than having to buy entire phone.

the speaker has a very clear sound. great blue tooth connection. my son uses it on the soccer field while training and he loves it.

The protection offered through Best Buy is as comprehensive as any offered by wireless carriers - at a lower price! A no-brainer.

Phone protection plan is a must have and good to know it's there in case phone is damaged, broken, lost or stolen

I love that it is easy to set up for your monthly bill to be deducted automatically. It is a very convenient service!

I haven't had the need to file a claim yet. I cannot really give an honest answer on the benefit of this service.

Compared this with provider's own insurance program, and this was more favorable if a full replacement/repair is needed.

By far the best product yet... I am so happy with this purchase that I got my friend to get one as well
