This sub is great. at first i thought, "160 Watts MAX??? Thats it?? Get real." But when i hooked it up, i changed my mind in a quick second. This speaker actually hits REALLY hard. i drive a 04' Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 50W X 4 CD Player in it. no amp or anything like that. All stock besides the head unit. this Sub adds alot of bass. It THUMPS, dont get me wrong it wont blow your windows out, but it gets the job done. It also has a built-in equalizor on the back for Hz, Volume, and Phase. If your lookin for a great lookin and great soundin subwoofer at a cheap price, this is def. the one for you.

This is a perfect sub to get if you want installation to be easy, and are don't have too much space, but it does not lack in quality at all. The sub is very well made, and delivers a very sharp and quality bass. It is not a sub to get if you want to impress people that are outside the car, but it will make your car stereo sound great!! The blue light is cool looking as well. Mine is in the trunk of a 1994 Honda accord, it would probable be really good if it were in a truck or hatchback.

I purchased this sub online, not really knowing how to shop for subs. I have 2 6X9 speakers in the rear of my car, so an 8" sub really wasn't going to do any good. I returned it after consulting with a professional installer. I ended up buying a 12" sub and amp. Too bad this wouldn't have worked because I think it looks hot.
