excellent product, excellent service and punctuality and speed of delivery

The slight redesign of the controller makes for a more natural fit for all of the players in my household. The track pad in the middle took some getting used to, but it is invaluable for spelling out words in searches, etc. The glowing lights on the underside are fun for sports games, etc. to differentiate teams, but it would be better if there were a more consistent means of turning off the light (it can be very bright and intrusive). Good sound quality.

The controller that came with launch PS4s and some of the PS4 bundles up until this past summer had controllers included with triggers that were a little too 'clicky' - making obvious obnoxious noises that took time to go away with extended use. Furthermore, the rubber on the left analog sticks would wear down a little too quickly (not wear out completely, just heavily in the first few months and weeks of use). NO LONGER ANYMORE. I bought a black controller from Best Buy in Fall/Winter 2014 and a white controller. Neither have any of those problems. Not only that, but they fealty better constructed and a little heavier/sturdier to hold. It's great. You can tell what type of controller you have because on the back of the controller, if you look at the model number section, Sony generally puts a revision code near the model number to convey revisions/improvements made upon prior versions. Usually the revision code is an alphabetical character, followed by a single digit.

Feels good to have a new controller in the hands and I like the color. PS4 have been hard to find since the pandemic so when I saw this at Best Buy, I had to get since controllers have become hard to find.

This is a must-have item for dual game play. My husband and 20 year-old son liked the blue color best. I think it's a shame that the console bundle doesn't come with 2 controllers with such a high ticket price but it is what it is. That being said, it looks & works perfectly.

My Daughter had to have this controller for some reason. I have heard them say nothing but good things about it. I dont know much about video games but indo know they love this controller.

I got this on my birthday because my favorite color is navy blue and I've never let go of this since. It's my go to whether I'm on pc or console and the color is just perfect.

Everything I am going to say you already know but it's a Sony playstation controller. It's wireless so good for several hours of gameplay before needing a charge. Plus I dig the camo skin!

Video game controllers have really come a long way. You can’t go wrong with sticking to the Sony branded controller. Fits well on the hand, some buttons have changed since the PS3 but easy to get used to. Overall, highly recommend.

i needed to buy this as a replacement to my older controller that came with the 1st gen ps4. the color is great and the light bar in the touch pad is a great feature as well

The best PlayStation controller released to date comes back in a brand new color. The same great feel and response in the hand and in game but in purple. The color is a darker shade of purple and has muted colors on the face buttons not to detract from the nice color. Dark black buttons is a return to the launch edition controllers before they were changed to the gray color on the sticks, face buttons and shoulder buttons. Highly recommend anyone who likes purple to get it

This controller is good for multiplayer games or having a spare on charge for non-stop marathon gaming. If you need another controller, can't go wrong with this OEM dualshock. This one even has a small light bar on the touch panel for easy player identification.

Good controller. Sold my PS4 pro with all my controllers when I got the ps5. Had VR and the ps5 controllers don’t really work with it. So had to buy a new PS4 one :|

This feels and works exactly like the stock DualShock 4 that comes with the PS4 console but looks oh so much cooler! Its the best controller for a PS4 and Best Buy had it sale priced lower than its brick and mortar competitors in my area. Solid product. Good price. Cool look.

My son felt in love with this controller. The color is really nice especially if your into color things. Obviously it does everything a regular control does but just having that visual on your system is amazing

This is my husbands favorite color so I had to get it for him. Works great! Haven’t had any issues although I think he likes to blame the remote when he loses on Call of Duty. Lol

This feels great in your hands. It's also light. You feel much less hands fatigue during and after a long gaming session. The analog sticks work well. Just enough dead zone and resistance of the sticks. The texture of the controller is grippy, but not rough.
