I had grown up seeing this movie as a kid, so it was a no brainer to pick it up when it was finally released on DVD. Nostalgic films, especially the ones from childhood are very hit or miss. This one is still a hit. Rip Torn as the Genie, Christopher Lloyd as the evil Merlock... still a classic I will enjoy for years to come.

This a great movie, I love it when it came out on VHS but since I watch it a lot the tape gotten eat by the VCR and it snap off. I was trying to get off of ebay but they high jack the price when I saw this on Best Buy I knew I had to buy. Great movie too for those that grew up watching Ducktales the TV show.

As a fan of Carl Barks and Scrooge McDuck growing up, I was happy to see Disney make this Ducktales movie. Although the movie was not a commercial success, it is enjoyable for all ages. With the new Ducktales series airing soon, watching this and/or the first Ducktales series is a must.

Since Disney remade the Duck Tales cartoon series, my oldest has been hooked on the show. So I bought some of the original series dvd sets to watch on road trips. My child loves them too, although she loves the new version better. I'm fond of the old version.

I remember when my dad rented this from our village video store. Now I get to watch it with my kids. The price was right. Now they can see what they are supposed to look and sound like compared to the new version that I see the kids watching.

Well, its a DVD for sake not Blu-Ray nor UHD. But the cartoonish movie is a timeless film that throws you back to childhood. If you grew up in the era then get it. Its a small price to make you feel as if you were that old again.

Five kids get all there wishes come true when they meet an genie. I watched this movie when I was a little girl and it was pretty cool and after I watched it again it made me feel like a little kid again. Watch this movie and make all your wishes come true.

I bought this for my little one who loves DuckTales. When the animation is playing before the menu comes up, the picture quality is terrible. I was really worried the whole thing would be like that. Thankfully the picture was better for the actual movie, but seemed a bit dark maybe? The story is still fun and doesn't seem too out of date. Really enjoyed sharing this with my child.

Well, it is a tad underwhelming watching it as an adult, but it's classic DuckTales goodness, so you can't go wrong there. Wish they would release the entire DuckTales series and this movie on BluRay, but DVD is good for now.

This movie was released a few years ago and was out of print for a while. So glad they decided to release it once again. Now if they would just give us all the seasons of Ducktales on DVD I would be extra happy.

Haven't seen this movie in years -glad to have found it! Picture quality is good enough. Case and extras aren't anything too great but I don't care about that anyway, just what's on the dvds and was happy with that.

Loved the cartoon growing up. I always wanted to buy the movie but it's so hard to come by. Also it's so expensive to buy online. I was sooooo happy when i found it in the store and for such a cheap price.

This was a favorite of mine when I was young. I saw it and had to purchase for my daughter who loves it. Video quality transferred over very well for an older movie. Would've liked to find on blue ray

i remember looking for this movie. and you have to be apart of a disney club to order it. so i was like wow i guess i am not getting it. but then walking into best buy seeingit i have to buy it. love it.

I loved this movie as a kid and excited to share it with my daughter. only negative is this is only a simple dvd. I was hoping to find a blu ray version with some extras!

A good price for movies of good shows and cartoons that are hard to find especially at a decent price. It made husband and I days happy since we can share the memories with our daughter

Bought this movie for my 4 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it. We is wearing out my our DVD player with this movie. Great for trying to introduce our kids to some of the classics.

I loved this as a kid growing up and I'm glad disney finally released it on DVD as it only had a limited VHS release. I shoiwed it to my 3rd grade students and they loved it! Great for all ages!

Vaguely remember seeing the movie when my kids were younger and it seemed like the prefect thing instead of candy (to mail to Denver). And of course at a very good price.

I wanted to get something to share with my son who is about to be born. Great cartoons to pass along. I doubt he will care if its not Blu-ray. If so, big whoop. ha.
