Most people didn't realize it was a made for TV movie originally, but a huge cult following has made it an all time classic and one of his best in a great career. The first road rage movie! A classic Spielberg film. What makes this movie awesome, NO CGI!!! Real cars and one evil looking semi. Makes you think twice about up setting truck driver! Lol

Speilberg's fist movie. It was made for TV but I didn't see it. Non stop action. It kept ne engrossed and on the edge through all of the movie. Also, it has a satisfying climax. The blu-ray transfer is pretty good. The audio was solid.

Before Jaws, Spielberg directed this TV movie. He was very ambitious with this movie by doing alot with little time, just proving why he is a titan among directors. This story was first published in Playboy. It has no nudity or sexual conduct. Just one vehicle chasing another vehicle, a simple concept but very believable. Such a great movie.

Spielberg’s first film but it is directed like someone who has already directed 10 films! It’s so assured and well paced, the cinematography is fantastic and he really notches up the tension!! Absolutely awesome movie!!

Have been waiting for this movie to come out on Blu-ray at a reasonable price for years. Stephen Spielberg's first film. Made for TV in 1971 starring Dennis Weaver and a crazed trucker. Sort of like a motor vehicle version of Jaws which came years later.

Originally saw this on TV as a young man. Never forgot how powerfully it grabbed me. It still does. Weaver was great and the storytelling was fantastic.

This is a very good old horror/mystery. I personally enjoy it. It keeps you on your toes about who and what the truck driver is about to do next. Worth seeing for sure!!

Simply said this is the best thriller ever made. Its old school but the production values are still high and the suspence of the entire movie is simply great. Highly reccomend it.
