Was hoping they would have a cooling effect, but other than the initial feeling I get when I first use them, it has no Lasting cooling effect.

Good to good to have in the golf cart, car and traveling. Like that it has no chemicals or strong odors(no perfume smell). Good deal when purchased as "Deal of the Day".

The use of the word "towel" is a huge overstatement. If they were twice this size they would be barely acceptable. These are more like the handi-wipe napkins mom used to keep in her purse back in the day.
