This was probably my favorite movie of 2023. The story was great, the characters were funny and interesting, and it was a fun movie to watch. After watching the movie, I now have an urge to play the new Baldur's Gate game! I hope they make sequels to this movie. Picture quality and sound were fantastic on my home theater. The Steelbook makes a great addition to my collection. As an aside, the Steelbook arrived in great condition. In the early days I have had some arrive damaged but in the past year they have all arrived in good condition. As my local store does not stock physical media anymore, I really appreciate Best Buy for still selling physical media online and taking care that they arrive in good condition. I miss the days when I would visit Best Buy every Tuesday to look for new Blu-rays and I would usually purchase something else that caught my eye (such as a new graphics card or other tech gadget). So, now I have to get my weekly fix online from Best Buy!

You might think, Chris Pine? Michelle Rodriguez? Hugh Grant? What kind of fantasy movie based on Dungeons and Dragons film is this? A marvelous one I tell you! This movie has heart, action, love, emotional rollercoasters and is just fun. I saw it twice in theaters with family and a 3rd with friends. It's a great movie and I would actually love to see more movies done with this cast as well (or at least the writing/directing staff). All actors play their roles well and it makes me want to see more... I would be shocked if you didn't like it.

It's nice to have a metal case, and in my opinion there is a fantastic, comedic, adventure movie inside! You do not need to know D&D to enjoy this movie. Infact, if the title didn't say D&D you probably wouldn't even associate the two. If you do know D&D you will understand the locations, spells, etc. I'm only docking a star because I feel like the art design of the case and front of the discs could have been a lot more eye-catching. Also I wish the back cover could fit inside the case without making it or something to that degree so it's easier to keep with the case. If you want to see a cool steelbook (I know it is a little unfair to compare the art because it is an anime) take a look at the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 case.

This movie is fun for the entire family! Grab your favorite snacks, sit back, and relax while the greatest adventure plays! Totally felt immersive, like you were part of a D&D campaign from the get go! Character back stories as well as development was completed superbly. And the Steelbook cover art is wicked! As a cover collector, could not pass this up for my collection!

Steelbook is the definitive way if your a physical collector and for a fantastic movie like dungeons and dragons its no exception but to get steelbook edition from your favorite best buy location

Excellent action movie. Love the 4k movie too! The movie was amazingly done. I absolutely love the steel box it helps preserve the disks also! An amazing movie!

I was happy with how it came. Sometimes it's hit or miss with shipping these days Best buy seems to be good most of the time other times thank God for return. Lol.

A really fun movie 2 watch, the 4k was amazing on this disk. If u look closely they pay homage 2 a animation in the movie a must have in your collection.

Great movie, the movie I've been waiting for for 20 years as a D&D fan. Steelbook is good quality with a good design to fit the movie.

The cover for this steelbook is amazing and just an overall soild looking steelbook and other fine addition to the collection.

Let's start with the most important question: When was the last time you had fun with a movie? I'm not talking about the last time a movie moved you or inspired you or "made heartbreak feel good in a place like this." I mean when was the last time you went on an adventure and lost track of the world outside? For me, that was with Dungeon's and Dragons. This is a silly yet earnest movie that delivers far more than than its title or pedigree would suggest. It's an adventure that spans a huge fantastical world, but never gets bogged down in lore. It features wild and imaginative creations, but doesn't dwell on the minutia. It features a talented cast of actors and allows them a chance to experience actual emotional arcs. Simply, it is a really good movie. Is it "great?" Is it "perfect?" No, but nothing is. Looking for perfection means you dwell on the flaws. Instead, this movie asks nothing of you except for your time, and in return it offers wild entertainment. Finally, you can come into this movie with absolutely no knowledge or interest in the game. It will not affect your experience in the least. BUT, if you do know a bit about DnD, or if you've played a few sessions, it feels like watching the movie with a secret director commentary in your head. Highly recommend.

The movie that too many people skipped at the theatres, but really shouldn't have. It was beloved by critics and fans alike, which is not something you'd expect of a D&D major motion picture. Well, believe it ... this is a highly entertaining film that doesn't require any knowledge of Dungeons & Dragons to enjoy (my girlfriend loved it and knows nothing of D&D), but it does have little Easter eggs peppered throughout for those fans of the Forgotten Realms.
