Durapro TV has no remote code

Good overall but unable to obtain the remote code so to connect it to my Google TV web browser since the manufacturer is not listed and for some reason the support team does not (or will not) share it and the remove that comes with it has very limited range making it very difficult to use. Very unfortunate.

Not for outdoor moisture ruined screen

I had Geek Squad mount TV May 30th for my 50th party June 8th and when we turned tv on it had sound with no picture!! We watched maybe 4 or 5 times screen covered with moisture

Good to keep kids at bay

So not being a tech savvy gal I wasn't sure what I was buying when I ordered this. Kids were getting bored in the backyard so figured get them some entertainment. Definitely bright in the sunlight so happy about that. It did not have any apps built-in so I had to connect my Roku which was pretty easy. I did have it professionally installed (hubby not great with that stuff). Overall kids like it so I'm happy.

Frustrated with Customer Service from Manufacturer

Terrible - product did not last for more than 12 months. Customer Service is not responsive via email and only when you call them directly. After speaking with Core Innovation Customer Service, they indicated they do not honor their warranty regardless of the time frame. Frustrating experience, and not a product you should purchse.
