I totally loved the 521, it made me fall in love windows phone. I thought the 530 would be a better one. Unfortunately it wasn't. Seems slightly smaller, graphics is so poor. Compared to the 521, 530 is a huge downgrade!

Due to your short exchange time (15 days), I was unable to return it to the store for replacement/repair, as I am handicapped and have to rely on others for transportation.

Picture was very grainy, poor sound, etc. Better to spend a little more. Returned item for more $$/better product.
