I got this because it was cheap and I only needed a DVD player with nothing fancy since it is going in my kids room. After a few days it wouldn't turn on I thought no big deal I will unplug it for 30 seconds or so and plug it back it. Now it is off and won't turn back on at all even if I unplug it and wait 5 mins and try plugging it back in.

I paid $30 for it Even tho it was advertised for much less on line. Slow to respond to the remote...u practically have to 6 inches from the front of it to get the remote to respond. I know there are better DVD players out there. Do not buy! It is a total waste of money.

Unfortunately, I had thrown away the box and receipt, and did not feel like battling with Best Buy customer service, so it went right into the garbage. I guess you get what you pay for!
