all in all a very good item. This label printer saves money as it is thermal and does not use ink cartridges. That in itself is a big savings.

I purchased this to replace my Zebra LP2844 because it does not work on a Mac. I use this printer for ebay, paypal and USPS for 4x6 labels. Printer connected fine but printed blank labels. There are tons of posts on the internet about this.
I contacted Dymo and they basically said "we do not support the 4XL printer with Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, Paypal or Ebay". Even though their knowledge base was full of customer calls on this exact topic they basically said you are out of luck and return the printer.
This printer also does not like wireless print servers, the software requires that you directly connect the printer first so the software recognizes what printer you are using.
Lastly loading thermal labels into the printer is a bit tricky getting them not to jam.
All in all a lousy experience with this product. I bought a new $345 PC from Best Buy and went back to the Zebra. Problem solved.
