BestBuy sells Saunas! Who Knew?

I ordered this sauna through BestBuy's website. I had been shopping for a sauna for quite a while and had determined the 3-person Dynamic brand was the quality I wanted and in the price range. I didn't know BestBuy was even an option but when I saw it on the website I pulled the trigger. The communication was great from the seller through BestBuy. I was regularly updated on the shipping and it arrived when they said it would. There were some small issues with some damage probably caused through shipping which Spreetail (the seller) was quick to take care of. The two hinges on the glass door were broken and Dynamic shipped me two more at no charge which I installed myself. I don't know if buying through BestBuy contributed to the great experience I've had but it has been impressive. I did have to have a dedicated 20amp service run to the room we put the sauna in but after that and the new hinges and minor repairs the sauna works great. The assembly is pretty straightforward and does help to have 2 people. It does take about 40 minutes to get to 135 degrees but I just start it and get a workout in and jump in the sauna for 20 minutes. We get plenty of sweat in 20 minutes at 135 degrees. It's a quality, well-built product.
