This is amazing 4k, if you're lookin for a great image. Interesting stories too. Love the narration. This, Blue Planet 2 and Planet Earth 2 are must owns.

Stunning 4K Brilliant picture sounds and colors of these beautiful lions Impales monkeys and more it will astound you how beautiful Africa really is

Series looks great in 4K. I enjoyed getting more in depth coverage of th social aspects of each animal.

So I had a Vizio 4K TV, a 65 inch that we bought a couple of years ago. I was looking to be wowed by 4K UHD movies, but I just didn't see any difference from Blu-ray standard 1080p. Turns out, I had a cheap TV (even though we did drop $600 on it). What you need for a fully immersive, truly superior cinematic experience, is an OLED TV, at the very least. We just bought a brand new LG G2, and it makes all the difference. Images so lifelike, we sometimes questioned whether or not what we were seeing was real. The TV was close to $3000, but if you want an experience like this, it's gonna set you back. All I can say is I'm glad I did this, I'll never go back to bargain TV's again. Oh yeah, these nature series sets are the perfect test to really see what your new TV is capable of. You won't believe your eyes!

This 4K UHD is absolutely STUNNING. In “Lions” you can clearly see the gnats on the lions faces as if they were two feet in front of you and you were using a magnifying glass. Picture is certainly dependent on your tv and blu ray player, however. I am using a Sony UBP-x700 4K blu ray player and an LG CX Oled tv. I would say that although the stories are extremely compelling and the cinematography is gorgeous, IMO this is not a video for small children. As you might expect in any nature film, there are a significant number of “food chain” scenes (limited blood, but it is present) and a very disheartening scene involving the death of a young lion cub.

I liked this product, especially the high detail. I've always been fascinated with animals and this series doesn't disappoint.

WOW: The videography and colors are very vivid in this video. Great details as the team follows these animals on epic adventures.

Amazing visuals and audio quality. If you enjoyed Planet Earth and Blue Planet, you’ll love this addition to your BBC collection.

I didn't know much about what to expect going into this series and was pleasantly surprised. It was nice to spend a good amount of time with each species covered as opposed to the quick hits found on Planet Earth or Blue Planet series. You can in-depth with family structure's and rearing of their young. It's really incredible to watch the family dynamics in such clarity and you truly get a sense of how they operate. It's the chimpanzee episode where this really shines through. The visuals are absolutely jaw dropping. The ability to use drones has completely changed the types of shots the film makers can achieve. You get up close and personal with each of the 5 species covered and there are some truly incredible shots. This is probably my favorite BBC Earth series since the original Planet Earth. I can't wait to see what they release next.

This documentary along with it in 4K is spectacular the beauty of these animals just jumps off the screen.. well done film!!

I love this documentry of these 5 endangered animals in 4K. The Emperor Penguin, Chimpanzee, Lion, Painted Wolf and Tiger.

The scenes in this were beautifully shot and informative. Tigers are my favorite animal and this didn't dissapoint
