Needed an adapter for my $340.00 Bose noise cancelling headphones to fit into my stereo system's 1/4" headphone jack, so I purchased this $8.00 jack converter. You'd think Bose would've thought of that! But that's about Bose and not about Dynex. This adapter does the job and I was happy it was in stock and available. No problems to date!

This was easy to find in the store and very reasonably priced.

Am using it for a pair of headphones on my AV receiver .

It won't work with the cables that have 3 rings because the rings are in different position.

It was the best price I'd seen anywhere and it got the job done. The materials feel cheap. i.e. weak plastic, no gold plating on connectors (which should be standard) , etc.

I needed one of these so I could play video games while my wife sleeps in the other room. I bought it, it works and now I can crank the tunes without waking the beast... I mean my bride.

would recommend brand to others with good comments no problems and qaulity compariable to more exspensive ones. better value then radio shack for sure.

There I was, all ready to show my presentation in front of a room full of people.... but the sound cord was the old microphone cord size. BestBuy to the rescue! This little jack saved the day.

There's nothing unexpected with this little guy. Performs as expected with little to no noise interference. Plastic, but unless you're wanting it to survive being ran over by a car, I don't think a metal casing is necessary.

I needed this for a backup in my guitar amp for quiet playing at night. It works great. It was on clearance for $1, so it made it an even better purchase. Thanks Best Buy!

I needed an adaptor to connect guitar speakers / amplifier to my DVD player, so that I could play an outdoor movie. This adaptor connected to a standard audio cord, then to the amplifier

Needed this adapter for one of my projects. Couldn't find it anywhere else in Hawaii. Works as expected. No issues. Wouldn't mind getting another one if the occasion calls for it.

not sure what else to say. this is an accessory that is absolutely necessary if you want to just use your iPhone earphone for other musical instruments.
