Works great! I needed something to hook my Mac up to the tv with so I could watch DVD’s on the tv. Thankfully I had the little hdmi piece to plug this cord into first to then plug into the tv otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to get the screen to mirror. So make sure you have that little piece too if you want it to work. I’m not sure what it’s called so I’ve included a picture.

Bought this cable to hook up big Smart HDTV to SurfacePro, to work from home. Plugged in to the HDMI port and worked immediately. After reading reviews I didn't think it provided audio from the TV but it DOES. Go into your computer audio settings and change there if needed. Took 2 seconds to set up.

I have two last DVDs that I adore, of films that are not available digitally anywhere. So, I have a USB DVD drive. But I’m not going to be able to impress my friends with my excellent taste in films with my little laptop screen. So I bought this bad boy to send my DVD picture and audio to my larger monitor and speaker setup... I wasn’t sure the signal quality would be impressive for the price, but it was! Purchase this cable and never let it go.

We were looking for an accessory to view content from the cell phone to the video screen in our mini van and this works great.

I use this every day, and it's a good cable, just be aware that the HDMI end is a bit long. I couldn't plug it directly into my 24" TV in either port because it was too long, so used a coupler to a standard HDMI cable to do it. If you have clear access to the HDMI port, this isn't a problem and the cable will work great solo.

works perfectly and just as advertised. this saved me a ton of money as i needed to transfer photos and files from an 2015 iMac that had a cracked (broken) screen that occurred during a botched home robbery at my grandmas house. i needed this to be able to use the mac so i would pick and find the files i needed to transfer to a flash drive. plugged it into the display port on the mac and the other end to a hdmi port on my tv and presto. great price and no BS.

The Dynex 6' cable was needed for connecting a MacBook Air to an HDTV via HDMI. The length was just right and the cable works perfectly.

Like many, I’m working from home during the pandemic crisis. I needed a cable to connect my second monitor to my laptop. Enter BestBuy. This cable was exactly what I needed and at a price that didn’t kill my pocketbook. This particular mini HDMI cable is the squared end that goes into the laptop with a standard HDMI connector at the opposite end. Functional product. No issues. Great price.

Bought this cable for my 3rd monitor at work. The only way I could expand was to use the display port. My monitor on the other hand did not support that option. I was lucky to find this as the last one in the store. It also happened to be an open item. Everything still works. Glad someone decided to return it.

Works great, no problems, no issues, no hassle. Plug in one side, plug in other side, and I have picture! Packaging was as simplistic as possible, so didn't have to fight to open; cable seems well built, not flimsy, shoddy, or "cheap"-looking. I am happy with my purchase, and I would purchase again if I needed another.

Was looking for a solution to push video content from my Oculus Rift running on a laptop to my television. This cable was the perfect solution, provided you have a mini display port on your laptop. Now I'm able to see what the Oculus user is witnessing in their headset.

Check carefully when you order. A mini DisplayPort is not the same thing as a mini HDMI nor a micro HDMI. I was able to exchange it for the correct cable after doing the proper check of the specifications for my laptop which I should have done originally. The cable products are great but you need the correct one!

Bought two of these and they work well. The picture is clear and the monitors recognize right away which computer is being used and where the signal is coming from and therefore switch on and over to that computer. I'm glad I can still buy these specialized adaptor cables at BB.

Solid cable for if you are trying to display a old MacBook to your TV. Long term review, I’ve been using this cable since Sept 2020 and it’s still holding up great no issues so far. It’s always plug and play but you gotta fix the output settings on your mac to fit the screen to your TV properly.

I wanted a way to extend my display for my MacBook using an HDMI interface. This cable did the trick, using the mini DisplayPort. I had been using an adapter for VGA with a separate VGA cable but this cable doesn't even use an adapter, saving space and no need for a separate HDMI cable. Works great!

Does exactly what it needs to. My wife's work laptop only has a mini display port and a couple USB ports, so we needed something to hook up to a monitor at home where we don't have a dedicated dock. Price was great and the length is more than enough for desk use.

Works as it should most of the time. Sometimes the screen flickers for both my MacBook Air and my external monitor, but it is rare enough not to be an annoyance. I needed a cable to connect my 2014 MacBook Air to an external Samsung monitor, and it works. For the price, I cannot complain of the flickering every now and then. Quality seems good too.

This is a high quality cable with well built ends. I have had no issues with these cables not the connectors despite extensive connecting and disconnecting. I would recommend these are they are durable and well built.

I'm using this with a Surface Pro 4 tablet and docking station to connect to a flat panel display. The quality is great. Cable appears to be durable enough to take on my many sales trips and use to connect to the flat screen TVs in hotels to use as a large monitor or for watching movies stored on the tablet or streamed.

This cable eliminates the need for an adapter to work with Surface Pro computers and Surface Docks connected to an HDMI display. Unfortunately Microsoft eliminated the Mini DisplayPort on the Surface Pro 7, so this only works with earlier models. The Surface Pro 7 requires a USB-C to HDMI adapter.
