    This works as advertised, but be alert that it is not an active adapter. If you're trying to use this to connect to a third monitor in a Macintosh environment, you might want to consider buying one that is active, not passive.

    My sister needed an HDMI adapter for her projector and this was perfect for her! Very easy to use for her, especially since she's not very high tech. Does its job and its awesome!

    Have used it to mirror Macbook Air while streaming video content to HDTV using an HDMI cable. Sound from TV speakers syncs perfectly with the video and it all functions seamlessly.

    I bought a 2013 MAC PRo, and needed this to run a second monitor. Works almost perfectly. Occasionally needs to be unplugged and replugged, maybe once a month, tops.

    This is a good cheaper alternative to other adapters. It works well and does what it is supposed to do. The build quality is not the best (you get what you pay for) so just take care of it.

    Instead of paying a fortune for an Apple adapter . I used this to plug into my MacBook Air to connect hdmi to watch shows on my older tv because I refuse to purchase cable/satellite tv.

    Needed to extend my desktop with 2 hdmi monitors from my MacBook pro and these do it with no problem. There are more expensive ones out there but these work just as good.

    This is exactly what I needed to view a video lesson on my TV from my MacBook Pro. Audio/Video were perfect!! Just add an HDMI Cable from this adapter to an HDMI Port on your TV. That simple. Using while teaching Science Classes.

    Worked flawlessly to add a second display for a Mac mini. Plug and play had no issues whatsoever. The packaging was only a bubble wrap but have no issues as of yet.

    I accidentally got the wrong adapter because website isnt easy to navigate if the store doesnt have the product you need. That being said, it is a fine adapter and I will use it for other items

    The Dynex™ DX-PD94592 Mini DisplayPort-to-HDMI adapter seems to be well made and functions as advertized.. it supports full HD display on my monitor. Both connector plugs fit perfectly. It's a great buy for only $10 !
