First day I had the product it stopped and errored twice requiring a restart. Tank does not last more then 5 hours and refilling process is less then ideal. You have it basically disassemble the entire unit to refill. Returned and bought a PureGuardian H3200BCA instead and have zero regrets.

Depending on the humidity level of the room along with the humidity level the machine is set too, will determine how long it will operate before a refill is needed. As for refilling, only the aperture needs to be removed by pressing a button to access the canister for refilling.

Completely Ineffective - Don't waste your money

We have a humidity monitor in the room and it didn't budge. Worthless. We returned it and got a traditional humidifier for $150 that works perfectly.

It is the only Quiet Mark accredited humidifier. The AM10 will humidify a 52 square foot room evenly in approximately 30 minutes. Therefore, it may not have had enough time to properly humidify the room.

too expensive for too little

(I mean the price tag was over 500 dollars! right?) Wrong! This product never seemed to work at all, the water would literally not move after a whole day of humidifying.

Leaked and annoying to fill

But the reason I returned it was it leaked everywhere which is not something I can deal with every day, especially for the cost of this product.
