This fan is quiet and powerful. The best part is there are no blades to collect dust . It is very easy to clean. I never thought I would pay so much for a fan. It is pricey but worth it.

We love our dyson fans. We bought two to help us distribute air around our house and they work very well. They are nearly silent, produce an adequate breeze, and have a good oscillation range. We have gotten many compliments on how they look in the house, they definitely don't look like a clunky fan. A couple of cons: the remote is critical to the operation of the fan. If you lose the remote, the fan can only be turned on and off at the last speed selected on the remote. Also, the remote only works when pointed directly at the base of the fan within approx. 6 feet. Any further or pointed slightly away and the remote is useless.

I was looking for a fan for my workspace and it had to be very quiet for times when I’m facilitating webinars. Although a bit pricey, I really enjoy this fan. It has a remote control, oscillates and is most importantly, the quietest fan I’ve ever owned. We have a Dyson vacuum cleaner and really love it, so it’s not surprising that this fan is of the same high quality.

Bought this fan for a small bathroom to move air - does a great job! Love the magnetic remote that sits on top of the fan. Easy to clean and so quiet!

This fan can certainly move more air than larger, traditional fans. The biggest difference is how easy it is to clean! I can use a swiffer and call it a day in seconds.

Excellent Fan. Very easy to use. It is extremely quiet on the lower settings and very quiet on the higher ones. The remote is easy to use and understand.

I bought this fan for my wife. She wanted a quiet fan for our bedroom at night. There is almost no noise and quite a bit of air flow. She likes it a lot.

I was very skeptical about any Dyson products and this fan was no different. Boy was I wrong. I bought this to replace a desk fan at work and I can't believe how much I love it. This fan on a setting of 3 or 4 (out of 10) blows as hard as most other fans I've owned set on high. The way the air passes over you without the buffeting of fan blades can be explained, you simply have to experience. I cannot recommend this fan high enough. I am already looking to buy one for the bedroom.

We live in a 3rd floor apartment in Mukilteo, WA. Apartments in the northwest generally don't have ceiling fans or air conditioning. It's been in the 80's lately and with the lack of breeze is very uncomfortable. The Dyson fan is absolutely worth every penny. It's cool, quiet, adjustable (tilt up/down as well as speed) and has a nice little remote. Bought a Geek Squad replacement warranty. Very nice.

While more expensive than many, this fan provides great air movement, safety, and lots of options. There are no blades, so it is an extremely safe product. There are many options for direction and amount of air flow, oscillation. It also includes a sleep timer. Overall an excellent product and worth the additional cost.

Quiet, smooth air flow (no ebb and flow like fan blades put out). Very clean looking.

So I bought this as a gift and thought it was an air conditioning system, but you know what? This fan is awesome and provides tons of cool, quiet air. It is very sleek and looks great in our millennial's room. His room is really big and this unit can easily handle it!

a little bit pricier than a regular fan but it is worth it its clean and easy to clean as well. It does not have blades so the dust does not get trapped, more hygienic. and th air is actually coming out colder as well.

bought this as a gift for my dad. it is very light but can generate strong wind. saves a lot of spaces because it is tiny. It also comes with a remote control.

This fan is exactly what I wanted. I needed a smaller fan for my office area, which is on the top floor of my house and has no a/c, and this fan is perfect. Even on the hottest days where my attic easily approaches 90`F, this fan keeps me cool. Now, don't expect it to blow out cool air, as this is not an air conditioner. It is nothing more than a fan, but what I like most about it is that it is quiet. I will admit, the highest setting (setting 10) is louder than what I was expecting, but I found that setting #6 is perfect for me and you can barely hear it. I wanted to try this out before getting one of the better units that also blow heat, and so far I am satisfied and plan on buying that better unit this winter. I just wish they were a little cheaper.

I like this fan, works great, doesn't have a choppy air flow like a regular fan, quiet even at full speed. Just a bit pricy but I really do enjoy having it.

Love this fan so far. Other than the price, what isn't there to love about it. The unit is quiet, easy to clean, has a remote to control it from a distance without getting up when in a dorm room, and is extremely durable to this point.

This is the quietest fan I've ever owned. It is a great size for a desk top and is very lightweight so I can move it from room to room easily. The best part is that the remote magnetically attaches to the fan which keeps me from misplacing it.
