Great product. Heats well and quiet. Don’t really use it for Cooling but I wouldn’t see why the cooling function wouldn’t work just as well as the heating

After setting this up, I was concerned about the heating operation. Mine goes off and on (sometimes frequently). When it is cool enough it goes back on. Don't use it for white noise when heating as it stops and starts. I believe it is designed to do this. After having the unit for a few weeks, I tested one in a fest buy store to see if mine was defective. The only really difference was that in a big continuously temperature store, I could not get the unit to stop like mine does. I think it is just because of the temperature control in the store. I think mine is functioning as intended, just be aware of clicking at the ends of rotation, and stops and starts ruin the use if the device as a white noise generator in cold weather. The cooling fan function likely stays on unless you set the timer. Have fun because it is too expensive for a tight budget. Other heaters with timers are available cheaper.

This product like many of dysons products is up to standard... I use this with a pre exsisting Molecule. So no need for dysons upper model. I have hear mix info about there Purifying units... I know one thing. Nothing can pass molecule.

It's a Dyson! It's quite a workhorse here in front of my chair in front of the tv. It was a quick ship and easy set up. Never a problem. Heats the room up well. It's pricey but well worth every penny!

Small in size but really "pushes" out the air. Enjoy that it has a remote control too

This unit sufficed when the furnace stopped working. Granted, I'm in TX where it doesn't get that cold, but it helped maintain a 1,500 sq ft house at 68 degrees. It will be interesting to see how it cools when it's 100 degrees outside.

This has been a great purchase for our family. It’s light weight and our go to fan inside of the house. Has the ability to stop a chill in a room in the fall with ease. Very good product.

High Volume of air being moved by a small fan. My Wife loves it; need I say more...

I bought this heater to use in my fifth wheel. In 20 degree cold weather, it kept the whole trailer warm. I am very satisfied with this product. It is well worth the price. Once again dyson has not disappointed me with their product.

i like it , i heat up super quick, and it colder in summer, and EASY to clean.

Does what it's supposed to. A little pricy for a space heater, but the last two I bought were cheaper ones and both lasted a year or two. Thought I would take a chance with Dyson. I know it cost a little more, but I'm hoping it lasts a little longer.

Got this for wife for Christmas. SHE LOVES IT! :) Can't go wrong with Dyson.

his product is much better thanthe previous version. This fan is much quieter.

Works good, basic. Easy to work. Remote is cool...

This heater is quiet and is of great quality. This product only has one button on the unit and all controls are on the remote. I wish there was a solid on state instead of the unit powering down when the room reaches a certain temperature.

Works great at bedroom. However don’t look warm a bigger room.

For a Dyson product this did not meet expectations especially for the price tag. The unit simply would not generate air that was cool enough to even make any sort of impact. This was actually back in May when we did have a few hot back to back days so I don't know if that plays into it or not. The unit was smaller then we thought (stands appx 1 1/2-2 feet off ground) and the remote had difficulty working unless the eye hit the receiver exactly. When your across a room and it's on the floor and your up higher it was difficult. It was hard to feel the air moving with it on oscillate or steady even with it tilted. And trust me....it wasn't quiet! When you have the unit on full blast it is quite loud. I have had 4 Dyson vacuums (I keep upgrading every few years) and right now have 2 newer models so I am accustomed to their loud motors but for a product advertised as quiet it just doesn't fit. It is a little quieter than a pedestal fan but compared to a ceiling fan I'd say they are about the same Db level. I would give the item another chance only if a huge substancial discount as I do think there could have been a product defect with my unit (the blue cool display came on only twice even though the temperature was set to 38 degrees)! It's an overpriced unit for cooling... as for heating I did not try.

Excellent fan for winter and summer. Quiet when when in use.
