Attachment came without the connector to the factory wand. I was lucky I had one that worked. We really wanted the cleaner to pickup dog hair on hardwood floors and it captures more hair in the bristles than in the cup.

This attachment tool does not fit the V11. I ordered an attachment piece on Amazon to make it work. After installing the extra fitting tool it worked great. It should be included in the box.

Really great on hard floors gets every last bit of dust and dirt, Moves easily across floors and around furniture. Makes vacuuming hardwood floor under the bed easy. Very satisfied even though a little pricey.

Does not fit Animal v10 on its own- we had to find a 3rd party adaptor to make it attach

Love this attachment. Makes clean up a breeze. Dyson just keeps getting and better. This brush makes cleaning my stairs so easy.

I purchased this tool in error. It is a long story which does not reflect on the articulating hard floor tool I suspect it works well but inasmuch as it does not work with my V8 Absolute, I returned the product to Best Buy. Those excellent folks refunded my money.

Bought this tool at the same time I bought my Dyson V7 upright stick. I was dissapointed when I went to attach and this tool is not compatible with all upright and stick vacuums like the description states. I should have read ALL the Q&A's and reviews and I would have seen this. From the Q&As and reviews Dyson chat support told me that there wasn't an adapter available to connect to the V7.

Great for your wood floors!! I have never enjoyed sweeping so much. Dust on my floors are a thing of the past!!

This is a Must-Have attachment for your Dyson if you have hard floors, especially wood floors. It goes everywhere little hair fuzz balls can hide. Plus, my cleaning lady insisted I get it for her to use on my floors! She loves it too!

Bought this because Best Buy popped up one of their "Frequently purchased with...." ads, and I guess I very wrongly assumed that it would actually work with the Dyson vacuum I was ordering. NOPE! Best Buy customers should be extremely careful about assuming that they're acting in the customer's best interest with those offers. They're not. Now I'm out $50 - threw away all packaging before trying to use for the first time. Buyer beware.

This works great on hardwood floors, but make sure to keep clean. I have 2 daughters and their hair tends to clog the bristles. Some large pieces of dirt sometimes get pushed around but overall works good.

Doesn't scratch up the floors. Only thing is that you have to clean the bottom of it b/c it does accumulate a lot of dirt, lint, etc.

The articulating hardwood floor tool, is super easy to install, use and remove. I highly recommend this item for hardwood floors. Works well with the vacuum, protects your floors as well. Cleaning your hardwood floors periodically from dust and debris particles, lengthens the life of your investment.

Husbands get this for your wife it will be well worth it believe me. I got mine one for Christmas. She loves hers and uses it not only for the floor but the way it articulates she uses it to dust all surfaces. She even uses it on the ceiling fans.
