Dyson - Ball Allergy Plus Upright Vacuum - Moulded Blue/Iron 2 week review. I've used the Dyson several times since receiving it. It's amazing how much dirt and dust is coming out of our carpeting, that our previous vacuum was leaving behind. Positives: • Great suction • Easy to maneuver • Lots of attachments • Long Cord - so less stopping to change outlets. • Works well on bare floors • Emptying the container is really easy with the push of a button.

Excellent Suction, a ton of attachments and great quality overall. Only minus no retractable cord and quite heavy of a vacuum even though it pays off when using the suction extension on the stairs

Vacuum works great. Almost too great though depending on the quality of your carpet. The carpet we have upstairs was a bit shot and vacuum sealed too well causing it too be too difficult too push and made it overwork itself. However, once we got new carpet in it was great, still a little less maneuverability than the average vacuum but this is for deep cleaning so that’s to be an expected trade-off. I’d do research into if this vacuum will work on your carpet before buying but otherwise it’s the quality you expect from Dyson.

Ignore the bad reviews… this is the best one we have ever owned. However, the one statement about heavy to push is due to the suction power… so not about being heavy, it just sucks itself to the carpet… thats a good thing.

This last Dyson purchase was part of a wedding present for my granddaughter. She is overjoyed with it's performance. I have one also and a cordless one for convenience. It is powerful and I like not having to buy bags to collect the dirt. Using the attachments and hose takes a little getting use to. The majority of my home is carpet and it works great keeping my home clean. My granddaughter has wooden floors and she is overjoyed with the performance.

I have mixed feelings. Suction is great. It sucked so much out of my carpet that my carpet felt soft. Even the hand held tool took my matted carpeted stairs and made it fluff up again. I think the tool was really for furniture, but great for stairs. The vacuum is heavier to push, but not horrible. I would not recommend for those who have weeker arms. The hose does expand a lot but kind of awkward, might get use to it. The cord is extremely long which is awesome. Wish it had a better carrying handle, nervous bringing up and down stairs cause can only carry by the canister or by handle where the hose detaches. I will keep this vacuum cause of the suction and hopefully i will get use to it and learn to like it better

I never own a Dyson before. This was my first Dyson and I can say that I love it. The suction is so powerful and I like the quality better than my other vacuum.

This is our second Dyson. The first one lasted about 8 years. This version has better suction and weighs less than the last model. We do not have pets, but high carpet traffic. This item works very well. The canister holds 50% more dirt than the last model. Only drawback is assembly instructions are not great and no instructions on how to arrange the attachments to the unit. Went to You Tube for the answers.

I like this vacuum, and the price was nice. I always wanted one but they were so expensive. Happy to catch this one on sale. It's heavy but has good accessories to help with cleaning difficult areas.

I love my Dyson. This is the only vacuum I will use or buy. The suction is top tier. It comes with other attachments as well which are very helpful for furniture or hard to reach places. Very easy to clean out and it’s not huge to the point where you need a lot of space to store. This vacuum will last you years unlike other brands I have purchased needing to purchase again within a year. My Dyson is my baby and prized cleaning tool. I am loyal to Dyson.

This vacuum is great the suction grabbed all the hair that my dogs leave around, but it’s very loud when on and hard to move around because of the suction and my home is small so I don’t have anywhere to store it.

This vacuum is way better than the animal ball. Has all the attachments and the agitation feature really gets the carpet clean. Seeing the canister after vacuuming with my old Dyson was an eye opener. I would 10/10 recommend this over the animal or the animal plus.

This dyson seems to have even more power and suction than my last one. I have had Kirby’s, orek and other high end vacumes, I will never buy anything but a dyson from now on!!!!They just keep getting better!

This is a great vacuum cleaner. Works well and picks up everything. It is a little heavy, but other than that. Good stuff. Made of plastic. Knocked one star because of the weight. It is a workout.

Our old Dyson stopped working and we upgraded to this unit. Not sure if our old vacuum wasn't picking up dirt as well or if this new unit is that much more powerful, but this thing does an incredible job. It's light, easy to move, and powerful - everything you need in a vacuum.

This vacuum picks up everything. The carpet felt and looked cleaner. I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 only because it is heavy - but it does an amazing job!

I love,love,love,this vacuum! Wanted on for years and regret all the less expensive vacuums I purchased the last five years totalling more than what I paid for this Dyson. This guy sucks everything in its path up including hairballs ground and stuck in the carpet in 2 passes or less. Couldn't be happier plus it looks really cool.
