powerful and not to loud, easy to carry it up and down stairs, the flat turbine tool helps to clean under beds and sofa. we are happy with our decision.

Coming from an oreck, I'm used to a 12" broad floor piece. This vacuum only has a 7" floor piece making the job take longer to complete. It doesn't like sucking up larger pieces such as a piece of cat food, the brushes kick it back out. But finer pieces like sand and litter are no problem! It gets everything out of all the cracks between wood floors with ease. The furniture piece is amazing at removing fur from stairs and furniture.

I do recommend if you are in an apartment. I loved the machine itself but as I mentioned above it is very small for a average size house

The head is pretty small. I have all carpet and it takes a little longer to vacuum. I would just get the multi floor dyson. Its not as powerful as I wanted it to be

If it will last five years it will be worth the money, we will see in time. It’s also uncomfortable to use because you have to bend over a bit as you vacuum. Vacuuming forward it works great, but vacuuming backwards you have to move slowly, because if you don’t. You won’t get the same suction as you do vacuuming forwards. I really like the fact that it doesn’t take up much room to put away and it will pick up the dust and animal hair. Over all I like it and would buy it again.

This vacuum is perfect on hardwood floors, stairs, and small areas. I hesitant when I first got it because it was so little but the vacuum proved me wrong. It's wonderful that it's small but it's very powerful. I have it for a year now and am still very happy with it.

Picks up cat hair, litter, and fine particles other vacuums push away. Can get under furniture with ease. Great for stairs. This is my first canister and was worried if I would like it, but it is a nice upgrade from my older Dyson all-floor model. I use on hardwood, tile, and carpet.

you can see the difference with the other common vacuum cleaners.

Ill say that this is a fantastic little powerhouse of a vacuum. For the size and power its a great value for the price. I have 2 dogs and when i clean with the animal there is no trace of hair on the carpet or the tile.

This product is easy to use. Very convenient for household and everyday use. Leaves my carpet and all corners of my house clean.

I am glad that I bought the Dyson product from Best Buy. It is a great machine, definitely on the expensive side, but worth it. It's a great machine that will hopefully last.

great machine. I thought it was over priced for fancy design. I was wrong. this machine performs as it is priced.

Product has made housekeeping easier and faster. The Dyson is easy to clean and store, my wife and I have no problems with using it anywhere in our home.

Its a vacuum cleaner, so lets not get too excited, but it certainly can vacuum. This thing picks up everything! What I don't think is so great is the way this thing rolls, it can get a bit wobbly. price was steep, but this thing is a tank, my wife loved to buy those 50.00 vacuums, they lasted 3 months before she was asking me to take it apart, and "fix it" this is code for go get me a new one in my house. If this thing holds up for two or so years, it will be worth every penny of what I paid

We just moved into a house with carpet (after living in a place without it for years) and needed a vacuum that could keep up with cat and dog hair. I wasn't planning to spend so much on a vacuum, but so far this one has exceeded my expectations. It works great on the carpets and hard surfaces all over the house.
