This is the second Dyson vacuum I've owned. This lighter version replaces the original one I owned due to downsizing my home and wanting a lighter vacuum. Works just as well as the larger version, just more manageable for someone over 55 who may not want a heavier vacuum.

Love this vacuum suction is awesome wow my carpets look so much better.easy to use not to heavy to maneuver. Easy to empty also.

I have hard wood floors and lots of blinds in my home, I have always went for cheap vacuums in the past under a hundred and always regretted it. The Dyson far exceeded my expectations you pay more you get more in my case I got the best

The vacuum does a great job, it really picks up the dirt and leaves the carpet clean.

This is our 3rd Dyson vacuum. Got this as the deal of the day @ $199. Great price and is a very good vacuum for sucking up pet hair. My other Dyson died after 10yrs. I know this vacuum will last just as long.

We have a central vacuum system, which works well; however, this Dyson does much better on our rugs. The only disadvantage to it is that it is a bit heavy, but it is a fair trade off for how well it cleans.

Replaced a 5 year old Hoover. This vacuum filed up multiple times in every room. Going from carpet to linoleum was a breeze because it auto adjusts and allows you to turn the brush off. Picked up cat litter and hair easily. The suction is so good it even gets in the cracks by the base boards without the wand. I am a Dyson customer for life now. Good suction, all parts on vacuum, easy to handle and easy to clean.

I bought this Dyson after my Shark was loosing suction. When it worked, I had no complaints about the Shark. BUT, after having the Dyson for a few weeks, I can see how it is superior. My carpets look better. After seeing how it picks up everything with powerful suction, I feel like my house is cleaner. The attachments are good and I can go to the top of my stairs without having to drag the vacuum with me. My only complaint is that it can take a couple of tries to put the hose perfectly back into place. I'm definitely a Dyson customer from this point on.

We couldn't believe how quickly the tank filled up when we vacuumed what we believed was a clean carpet. This vacuum is much better than our previous shark Navigator. Only complaint is I thought it would be a touch lighter with its weight. Great machine!

Overall just great, the look and functionality. I used my older vacuum to do my carpet and then I went over again with the stain and you'd be amazed how much stuff came up. I know the Hoover is cheaper and supposedly just as good but just get the dyson on sale and get with the best

First Dyson we have owned and am impressed. Easy to assemble and easy to use. Nice and light. Strong suction. Time will tell, but so far, so good.

I have been very pleased with this vacuum. I normally prefer the Shark because the price is reasonable. This vacuum works well on carpet and bare floors. The hand piece is a not easy/flexible to work with other than that. I am very please with it.

Some products have lots of hype and Dyson is one of them but I was extremely impressed by how well it cleans. I really wondered where all the dirt came from in the canister when I vacuumed the first hallway runner. Maybe Dyson has some dirt generators that make you think it’s picking up your dirt? No, it was just that my old vacuum cleaner sucked in a bad way. The machine is very easy to use and emptying the bin is a snap. I actually look forward to sweeping my floors now.

I am very satisfied with this vacuum. It has great suction and is very easy to maneuver. The hose is also extremely long which helps when vacuuming areas like stairs.

I love it because it does a great job and picking up and I vacuum my couch a lot because of my dog’s hair and it looks new after! The only downside is the size and noise. It’s kinda loud but worth it

I love this vacuum. I had a old heavy vacuum cleaner. This one is so light and easy to use. The suction is great and it's easy to empty.

Love this vacuum. My last Dyson lasted 10 years and it was time for a newer version. I have a 5000 sq ft house with two sets of stairs and this vacuum does the job.
