I tried H..ver brand before, great vacuums, but no like this one. Great power, easy to use. Kind of expensive, but worth it though. There is only one thing I didn't like. The extra tools. There are only two of them. Overall. Great vacuum.

This vacuum was purchased to clean our office building and is so efficient we use it on carpet and tile and we no longer have to sweep. We can do everything!

Excellent suction and maneuverability picks up dust and dirt throughout my home. Works well on rugs, carpet and hardwood floors. Attachments are easy to use and access. I highly recommend this vacuum.

Wow. to think that i spent thousand on a Kirby. This Dyson was easy to use from carpet to floor and the power was amazing. The clean up process was easy. I should have invested in it a long time ago

Overall I like the product. It's easy to push, has great suction, and is easy to maintain. There are a few items on it that I feel are a bit "over-engineered", but nothing major.

I haven't used this vacuum much yet but I like it so far. Even though I had my carpets cleaned recently I have been doing some painting and of course some dust and dirt has already gotten into the carpet. I was amazed how this vacuum picked up the dirt. It rides on the carpet smoothly and quickly adjusted to the kitchen tile from an extra thick carpet. I am happy.

Great vacuum, lots of suction, easy and kinda fun to use. It works great on our carpet and hard wood floors. The way it pivots on the ball is smooth. We love it. Best vacuum I've ever owned or used.

Putting it together I thought it a little clunky and poorly constructed, eventually I got it together and I can say it's definitely not flimsy or poorly constructed. Vacuum head fell off a couple of time during the put together eventually everything came together and no glue require. Got to say it's pretty impressive. Vacuumed with my old, bag, unit and then ran the Dyson. Filled up about half way of the canister with dog air and carpet dust. GREAT SUCTION. So bag vacuum over Dyson - I think I'll give Dyson the thumbs up though emptying canister, definitely cleaner and easier to dump the bag than the dislodge the stuff in the canister and the bag lets me do more area before needed emptying than the Dyson. In my book, for the price point and functionality definitely happy with the Dyson. Withholding judgement on long term reliability - my bag unit has been holding it's own and going strong for almost 10 years, if I get that, or anywhere close to that reliability, from the Dyson, it's going to be my go do cleaner - Definitely NOT disappointed in it's performance. I love the powerful Dyson suction. It works great on any surface - wood, carpet, tiles. And you needn't do anything while rolling it your Dyson vacuum. Pretty easy to clean and put it back. I definitely recommend anyone who wants their house to be clean. Cons - It is not wireless but it comes with long length wire.

Great vacuum, a bit noisy and it does draw a lot of power but it does a wonderful job. Light weight for the most part, the only downside is having to carry it from the collector handle. Overall great product.

Lots of friends and family recommended the Dyson brand but I have to admit I wasn't sure it was worth the higher price tag. Well, I was wrong....this vacuum really does the job. It finds dirt I didn't even see and I love the ease in emptying a bag less container.

I had been wanting to purchase a Dyson for quite some time and when the deal of the day showed up I decided to get one. This vacuum has more suction than any vacuum I have ever used and it is very easy to maneuver on my hardwood floors. The attachments are cleverly designed and very easy to use and stow away. Removing the container to empty it for cleaning is a breeze. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is I think it could be a little bit lighter. If you are in the market for a vacuum cleaner consider getting a Dyson you will not regret it.

I was a little reluctant to purchase such a pricey vacuum but I have been completely satisfied with its performance. When I am using it you can tell that the suction is very strong as the pet hair is drawn to it rather then running away from it as I vacuum my hardwood floor. Also it is super easy to switch from floor to carpet with just a switch of a button. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this product.

This vacuum is great for getting around corners and into tight or oddly shaped spaces due to the way it pivots as you turn the handle. The vacuum's suction is also very strong, much stronger than a Hoover Windtunnel 3 that I upgraded from. It also seems to be very reliable. I started having problems with the Hoover after using it just a few times, but the Dyson is working great so far, and I feel more confident about it know it has a five-year warranty. It's an expensive vacuum, but I believe it's worth spending the extra dollars for the higher quality. I wish I had bought the Dyson instead of the cheaper Hoover to begin with.

Lightweight, easy to use. Good cleaning power. Very good for an older person, I got this for my 82 year old mother. She loves how clean her carpet is after using this Dyson.

Bought on a deal of the day for a great price. First time owning a Dyson and after reading the great reviews, decided to buy it. Very strong suction, easy to remove and clean bin. We have mostly hardwood and tile but also have a very thick shag area rug and this vacuum cleans it so welll it looks like new again every time we vacuum it. Very impressed.

This vaccuum is so powerful and easy to maneuver. I really enjoy using it and feel like it does a great job picking up dirt and debris from my carpet and hardwood floors.

This vacuum is light and easy to handle and empty the container. It is powerful but easy on wood and tile floors. The hose is long so it is good for use on stairs.

Always wanted a Dyson vacuum. Finally bought this one and I must say best purchase ever! Great quality and use is simple. Does a great job cleaning all surfaces.

This is my first Dyson and so far I love it. I have 2 dogs that shed on multiple floor types and it amazes me how much hair it picks up everyday. The canister is easy to empty as well as clean. It's easy to use and works great on all floor types. The detachable hose can be a bit annoying when trying to use it to get under things or when trying to attach it back to the vacuum. Other than that the hose works well. I gave it 4 stars due to when I adjust it to the vacuum or stand up position the plastic makes a loud noise along with it feeling like its going to fall apart. Even with some minor annoyances this vacuum was a good choice.
