It is lightweight, powerful, turns easy and canister is easy to empty.

I love my new Dyson! it is the first I have owned and probably not the last... there is strong suction which cleaned my already clean floors even more... the long cord allows me to reach almost the entire house... the dirt cup is easy to empty... the only thing I would want is a light to help guide you in a dark corner... perhaps the more expensive models have this and I will look into this for the next purchase.

This vaccum is pretty much all you need. I am a previous Dyson buying and I was very happy with it until my house was broken into and stole. So I had to go out and buy another one. The technology in the newer Dyson vacuums are great. There were able to slim down the size but a large factor making it lighter and more compact. With this you get the minimal nose piece you're gonna need for those cracks that the vaccum cannot reach and with the brush nose you're able to vaccum things such as your couch and staircase. The vacuum cord is long enough to plug into one room and move a couple rooms down before you have to plug it in somewhere else. The vaccum is powerful and can be used on multiple surfaces such as carpet and hard floor with the press of a button. I would highly recommend picking up this vaccum and if you're looking for more nose pieces you can upgrade to a higher model or spend a little more money to pick up some extra pieces.

This is an excellent product. The build quality is great and suction power is one of the best in the market. The extendable hand vacuum is great for accessing unreachable areas. The only complain is the loud cracking sound it makes when we tilt the vacuum just before use. It feels like the vacuum is going to break. But overall I love this product.

This product has amazing suction. It is easy to maneuver and works well on both carpet and tile floors.

I am shocked at all the dirt it got out of my 'clean' carpet. I also love the ease it emptying it.

Heavy duty vacuum. Very easy To use. Lots of suction. Accessories are limited but adequate. Ball works well but takes a little practice to get the 'hang' of it.

We have had this vacuum for about 2 months now with no complaints so far. It did weigh a little more than I thought it would, but for the power it's worth it. It switches from rug to solid floors with a push of a button. I didn't try it on our hardwood because it's real dark wood that seems to scratch easily, but use it every where else, bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a new vacuum.

After years of several cheaper vacuums, we finally took the plunge and bought a Dyson. The cost was a concern but honestly the performance has more than matched the price.

I love the way it cleans, actually , I used my old vacuum first, then the Dyson behind it, could not believe the dirt and animal hair it picked up. All these years I thought I had a clean house. I even notice a difference, when my grandchildren come over, they do not sneeze nor wheeze, for they are asthmatic and have allergies. Thanks Dyson.

Excellent suction, relatively light weight version of Dyson and slimmer profile

I picked this vacuum up a month ago after my Rainbow vac died after 17years. This is very easy to use and picks up my yellow labs hair. So far so good.

this vacuum is great. The attachments are limited, but the hose is long so you can reach up in high places. The ball roller makes it super easy to push and can navigate corners well. it takes a little getting used to if you've had a normal upright vacuum before. There is also a button that will allow you to turn the bristles off so that way it will just suck up which is great for laminate or wood floors.

I already owned a Dyson at home and arrived at my dad's house to find that he had multiple vacuums and not a single one worked. I immediately went to Best Buy online site and purchase one for his house. I don't love housecleaning, but if I'm going to do it, I want a product that is going to work. The Dyson didn't disappoint. Easy to use, tools on board for immediate use when needed and the fabulous Dyson suction. It made quick order of vacuuming my father's floors including carpet and wood. Best Buy had it delivered to the front door in the middle of a Missouri winter in the middle of a pandemic. Need I say more?

Love it. Easy to use. Picks up dirt really good. I only wished the house wad longer.

My boys ages 9-8 can use vacuum and my wife loves it. I love the ease of use when cleaning it and emptying out the dust container. The only vacuum you will ever need. Upholstery attachments need to be worked on but I have different heads from other vacuums that fit. So yea!
