I really wanted to make this work, did all the things to get my dog acclimated to the product, but she just doesn't like this style of brush. We have a furminator that she barely tolerates. Unfortunately, this had to go back because she just wouldn't let us use it on her.

have tried this multiple times and my son has also. Not very helpful or user friendly. doesn't work for us

I love this product, but agree it is not as good as the Furminator (have that too) at removing the hair. I have a very large German Shepard. Not only was I manually using the Furminator at home, but I also had the Furminator treatment done every 3 weeks at the pet store which cost upwards of 70 dollars...FOR A BATH!! The manual Furminator brush was great...but very messy. I could easily fill a grocery bag of hair, but would have to dedicate a minimum of an hour of just brushing to really get a good de-shedding. Not to mention the additional time to clean the free flying hair that was left. I had to find a cheaper and more time efficient way to de-shed my dog. This does the trick and it really does it well. I believe if you have combination of a shedding dog, a Dyson, and need to reduce grooming cost and time manually brushing your dog, this is a must have tool and is well worth its price.

We have a Collie and dog hair is always an issue. This device is awesome for grooming!

I have two pomms and a beagle/husky mix. It works ok on the pomms but it was amazing at taking of my beagle/husky's summer coat. I hate sitting for hours brushing, pulling hair out of a brush and throwing it in the trash can. I took this to her for about 10 minutes and she looks brand new. I recommend this product to anyone who has a dog with a shedding problem.

We have 3 golden retrievers, and this thing works great. Not sure why the other reviewer had a problem.

I love Dyson Vacuums, but this needs improvement. We have our golden groomed which includes a haircut every two months so his coat is roughly 1 1/2 to 2" long right now (this is short for a golden) and the brush on this will not go through his coat. It is good at sucking up excess hair, but as far as a good brushing, I do not think it does a good job. It won't go through the hair on our dog's bloomers or the hair on his front legs either. It is also hard to manuver.

I love this brush. It removes a ton of dog hair with very little clean up. I completely recommend for anyone with long haired dog.

Great attachment for the vacuum. Every pet owner should have one! Great product for price.

A brush should actually work. The idea is great but does not brush anywhere as well as a fulminator. BUT no hair to pick up. If brush was better. I took it back. Plus the price was crazy high. pass on this product.
