Great Purifier/Fan for Home Office

I keep it on level 8 out of 10 and it keeps a home office/bedroom, approx 100 sq feet, cool all day. The air quality has also improved greatly for someone who lives in a metropolitan area with severe allergies. Only issue is syncing the unit to the app but not a big deal at this time.

My foggy voice by the end of the day is much less pronounced as well. May get another for the family room/kitchen. Pretty quiet on 4 of 10 so it’s a good white noise.

Too expensive for what you get

It puts out decent air flow. It is short. We had to put in on a 3ft table. I honestly feel it is too expensive for what you get.

Our Purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but it does work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air. It has done a great job at removing odors in the room and it circulates air really well. Since we have gotten it, the room has been consistently a few degrees cooler. I would recommend this product!

They were easily assembled and turned on. The remote needs to be pointed at the base in order for it to work. On setting 5 out of 10 it is reasonably quiet. I will be interested to see how frequently I will need to replace the filters as they are not inexpensive.

I am noticing a major difference in the room air where the air purifier is located. Once I walk out the room, I can smell the difference. Looking forward to how this goes in the long run!

The Dyson Pure Cool features a HEPA filter to remove 99.97% of allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, including pollen, dust, mold spores, bacteria and pet dander. The second layer in the filter contains activated carbon to capture household odors and volatile organic compounds like paint fumes. The machine also features a sleep timer, oscillation and 10 air speed settings.

Great for allergies

After the first night I bought this purifier and I’ve have had no symptoms since the day it arrived. Almost 1 month later as of this review the allergies have not returned.
