I recently bought the Dyson Purifier Humidify + Cool Formaldehyde PH04 from BestBuy, and it’s been a game-changer for my home. The sleek white and gold design looks elegant and modern. This device efficiently purifies the air, adds much-needed humidity, and cools the room, all while tackling formaldehyde and other pollutants. The intuitive controls and smart features make it easy to customize settings, and the performance is outstanding. My indoor air feels fresher and more comfortable. It’s a worthy investment for anyone seeking a high-quality, multifunctional air purifier. Highly recommend for its effectiveness and style!

So this is a really good purifier, fan and humidifier. Problem is we had the motor mess up within 2 months and had to ship off to Dyson for them to replace the motor. Their customer service was very good but still annoying for an expensive unit like this. I do love the app and it works well for now but not worth price in my opinion.

This is one of the best air filters I have every owned! The app shows you the quality of the air overall and the sensors are extremely sensitive where the filter will kick up in speed to clean the air when it detects the air quality has dropped. The humidifier works great and will only kick on when needed. The major flaw this has is if you keep the tank dry for a long period of time it will dry the pump out and a good chance it will seize and stop work (This is a common issue with all the Dyson units with the humidifier).

Unboxing it was like getting a spaceship ready for launch. It’s huge but I’m slowly getting used to it. It works very well. It’s quiet yet effective. I haven’t run a clean cycle yet but it looks much easier than other humidifiers I’ve used.

I barely go into BestBuy unless I need some tech that I normally can’t get elsewhere. BestBuy definitely has a greater selection of more quality tech products out there. Not to mention they have the tech team always available to help answer questions. I recently went to get a Dyson air purifier that isn’t carried anywhere else on the island. The apartment I live in is dab-smack on the intersection of a busy H-1. Let’s not talk about the crazy noise levels I have to deal with…I knew the indoor air quality would be terrible to say the least. Hence, after being a single mom of 2, alongside a newborn on the way, I decided I would invest in a quality air purifier for my apartment and piece of mind. Once I got to BestBuy, with pregnant belly and all, I was immediately assisted by their sales team. Someone at the quick register was able to help me hunt down the one I wanted and even brought it out to my car. One of the best things he did was introduce me to their membership plan which would cover the extra warranty on the unit I purchased. I ended up saving more money by going that route vs getting the warranty coverage separately (I bought one for my parents apartment as well). Overall, excellent customer service, great products and warranty offered, and a very happy buyer. Thank you BestBuy! ❤️ Now on to the Dyson purifier. I purchased the PH04 model since it acted as a humidifier and can also detect and get rid of formaldehyde. Being that the purifier is hepa 13, it can also help remove small particles up to 0.3 microns. My apartment has popcorn ceiling that’s pretty fragile and we had scraped (accidentally) some off quite a few times during my move-in phase. Being that I’m a crazy health freak, and there’s absolutely no good ventilation in the unit we live in, I felt this was the best model for our needs. It’s a splurge but if it can minimize health hazards for now until I find a better apartment alternative, I figured this was a good investment. Went home and immediately hooked it up- very easy to do. The purifier works great as the kids nasal symptoms started getting better and the indoor air felt much better than not having anything at all. I love how it shows the level of VOCs and such and can cool a room as well. It definitely detects them very well. Every time I open the doors to go in and out and it’s high traffic hour, I notice the peak to “Very Poor” red light— for the air quality. Can’t imagine what our health would be if we constantly breathed in this kind of air day in and day out- especially with the lungs of a newborn. I just hope getting one is enough. It does take a few hours at a time on my floor to get rid of the VOCs. I noticed my parents place, which is 3 floors higher does not have the VOCs contained there as long as mine does since it’s a lower floor. *sigh. Sometimes you have to splurge a bit for the sake of health and well-being- especially related to young children. The humidifier feature is nice too, as it has special cleaning solution to keep it from collecting mold and mildew. The compartment for the water is easy to clean and comes with a big handle for easy transportation to the sink and back as well. I see it doesn’t mist as most humidifiers but I know it is working as one which is impressive!

Easy to assemble and control remotely through Dyson’s app. Set your preferences in the app and hit auto and it does the rest, with a reminder sent for when the water tank needs refilling. I have it set up in the bedroom and set the scheduling to sleep mode means a restful night sleep while the unit continues to clean the air and humidify. A bit pricey, but its well built and works well — definetly worth getting if you can catch it on sale.

This purifier is so good. It is quiet and stylish. The best point is to continue giving you information as to the quality of the air in your room either on the machine itself or your phone. Sophisticate absolutely. I am very happy with all the Dyson products that I have purchased.

I have enjoyed this Purifier since I purchased it. My allergies have been enjoying it also. I feel that it has been great on my allergies for sure! Easy set up and simple to use. Has a great humidifier keeps me informed of the water tank level and the room air quality and humidity. The water is easy to add and maintain. Has quite a few operation options also. The fan is quite and moves a good amount of air for sure. Tied it too my Alexa and is also sweet.

At first, I was really skeptical because of the price and whether it would actually clean the air. I used it for two weeks, decided to return it, and turned it off… big mistake! My whole family—my wife, daughter, and three dogs—started sneezing and complaining about allergies. I had to turn it back on immediately, and wow, it works! Everyone is breathing easily now, no allergies at all. This air purifier is a total game-changer!

I love my machine- Fan/ Moisturizer/Air filter. Work silently, nice, gently, efficiently in air filter. It shows the air quality of my house.

I've purchased this device because of dry skin in winter and air quality issues during forest fire season. So far so good, air is pure and no dry skin. My favorite feature is the ability to check the air quality indoors vs outdoors from the iPhone app. The unit is very quiet and does does not accumulate moisture on the floor at all.

This is very efficent. Easy to use. Quite. More than i expected. Had very good help and service with the best buy employei find all the dyson products i have purchased very satisfying. Purchase prices fair also.

This is an easy machine to clean. It has all the features that you need. I can definitely tell the difference when I spend the night away from my Dyson. The humidifier on this is a plus. You can also tell that helps with your overall air quality.

This works wonders for my sensitive nose. I didnt realize how allergy prone i am until i stopped. Only thing that can make this product better is if it could switch from humidify to dehumidify. To be an all in one. I really like minimizing unnecessary appliances if i am able.

I really like this machine. This is great for purifying the air and also adding humidity in the dry winter months. I use it in the bedroom to aid in sleeping comfortably. I like that I can set a schedule or change settings on the app on my phone. Very convenient.

This is by far the best air purifier I ever purchased. It looks pleasing on the eyes and it purifies/cools/humidifies the air! The only thing it cannot do which the other Dyson air purifiers can do is heat. I’ve used multiple humidifier for my child and this is the best one. It doesn’t leave residue on my child’s bedroom furnitures like the old ones did. I highly recommend this air purifier/humidifier/cooler! It might be expensive but it’s so worth it!

This Dyson unit is so great, I ended up purchasing a 2nd unit for my living room after getting one for my bedroom. I've had a regular humidifier for a couple years now and noticed that it was getting white dust / calcium all over my furniture. The purifier / humidifier combination from Dyson seems to eliminate all of that. I can't tell if the Dyson unit produces more/less humidity since there's no visible mist like with normal humidifiers. Seems to do a good job, I haven't had congestion / bleeding nose like I normally would when there's low humidity. The unit makes for great white noise if you run it at night while sleeping. You can also setup different schedules on the app to automatically adjust throughout the day. Makes for a great wake-up call to have your Dyson start a high-speed breeze in the AM! Time will be the true test, but I would definitely recommend this purchase based on my experience so far!

Dont use tap water, use RO or Distilled water. At the very least carbon filtered water. If good water is used scaleing timeframe greatly reduced between humidity filter needing to be cleaned. Main issue people have is build up of limesale and such. Simple fix with a little common sence. Expensive yes, but for wht you get best all around air purifier and humifirer around. Are dyson has been going for almost a half year with no issues. I also have a dyson heat+cool air purofier thats going on 2 years old of constant use. Still working great.

I love the Dyson air purifier, and its also a humidifier . Its pretty quiet for its size, its got a fair amount of fan speed, could be a bit better. The app makes it great, i have it programed to run all night long in my bedroom, you can set so many features like fan speed and amound of humidity you want it releasing. I definitely suggest for anyone with allergies and pets! It gives you great amount of information on the app and you can always see your air quality and other info!

Gets the job done! It humidify’s the room, cleans the air when smoking “very fast” amazing night time mode feature thats quiet etc… its worth the money spent
