Works great, very easy to use. When in use it’s very quiet.

In a league of its own. Quickly cleanses the air and humidifies. Easy to operate and control on line. I wish it were Apple HomeKit compatible, but can be added to Apple home via homebridge.

A powerful, yet quiet fan. We use this in our living room both with and without the humidifier feature and it has quickly become our go to fan.

This product was first purchased by me in December 25,24. Everything was running good really well I love the airflow. It makes it feel as if you’ve got a breeze going around you in a room that’s 500 ft.². Humidity was working for a month and then issues began with the humidifiers ability to function at all. The replacement unit that I exchanged in the store about a month and a half afterwards works perfectly well with the humidifier however, I cannot still figure out the oscillation issue. Will be trying one more time because I love the feeling of replicating the breeze in the air outside.

Definitely works as purifier/humidifier. The "+Cool" part, is maybe (a big MAYBE) for the looks. There is not an option for cooler air to come out, just what is room temperature. That is a let-down since it is priced almost $1K.

I love the fan. I always use it when I am sick. It helps clean the air.

This is the best purchase I've made when it comes to Purification, Humidifier and cools system. Its quiet and provides you with a full service system. I would buy it again if needed.

This machine is really nice, easy to use and easy to refill. Love that it humidifies without producing mist to fall on the floor/furniture! Unfortunately, the first one we ordered for shipping from Best Buy was obviously opened previously and was missing the filters. So had to return it at a store about 30 minutes away for a replacement. The main living area of our home is about 900 square feet in the dry climate of Colorado. Had hoped to find a humidifier to bump the humidity in the main area. Unfortunately, running this machine at full speed and highest humidity setting, with all other room doors closed only bumps the humidity by about 2-4% in this large area (using a humidistat to monitor). It is a little loud running at speed 10, annoying like a fan. At speed 6 or lower it is pretty quiet, but then the humidifier is less effective. In a smaller area, I am sure we would be elated. But it does not perform to my expectations in the large area, given the price. Still a great machine though and we will continue using it for the marginal humidity improvement.

I bought this more for the humidifier aspect and liked the other options like the air purifier and cooling fan. Its a bit loud on high but works pretty well. I put it on high at night while we sleep since its in the living room. Definitely recommend for smokers and anyone with allergies although the cfms aren't as high as I would like but definitely gets the job done, just takes a bit longer. Overall Im very satisfied with my purchase. The wifi and app really make this stand out above the rest. Also the multiple features.

I own a bit of Dyson products, so regardless of my slightly negative review, I will still buy them; however, I'm probably the oddball here considering the price of these products. I've owned this device since November 17, 2022, and the water pump failed. I did get a warning that it failed, but I brushed it off, and the fault disappeared, and the room seemed humidified. However, on random days it would peak at 30%, so I would finagle the pump housing or unplug/plugging to the point it finally failed. So I phoned Dyson; since it's under warranty, they sent me a new device. Their support was great, and they troubleshoot the device using my iPhone camera. So, to each their own if you're willing to pay the price. I'm hoping maybe I had a defective one, and I won't have issues after the warranty ends. The water pump itself is $170. Would I still buy Dyson products? Yes. I'm willing to overlook the fault because when it does work, it works.

Absolutely love this product. It does everything it says and More. I love that not only does it tell you the quality of your air but breaks it down to molecule's. I highly recommend it to my friends and everyone that’s looking for a superior product.

Quality product with a hefty price point. Interface and app are user friendly and frature pact. I have a home with 2 kids and 2 dogs, air quality read green. My only issue is, I bought this to get dust out of the air and help my allergies. After 3 days no improvement.

First unit was DOA right out of the box. Returned for another new unit. Second unit had a loud crunching noise when opening/closing the back. It also made a few grinding noises and developed a buzzing noise with fan speeds 9/10. This was not immediate and happened after a month and a half or so. Returned it and now on my third unit. New unit came with the rear piece having some play where the filter goes on one side BUT, still held in place. Just not as tight and as the front one in a particular corner. As you can see. Dyson has very poor QC with these units and they are not cheap. When it all works, it’s a great machine. I certainly would not be on my third unit if it was not so. Thank goodness for TotalTech return period. Newest unit seems to be working fine so far. I have only had it a couple days though. Machine also stays on 24/7. I also advise exclusively to use distilled water ONLY. Set hard water level to soft in the app. It will give you 2,025 hours before it needs a cleaning.

Lives up to its brand name. Amazing humidifier with smart features. Can be controlled via phone app and is versatile. Keeps air humidity precisely where I would prefer and purifies the air 24x7

Love the dyson humidifier. Works as stated top quality. Dyson makes some of the best, and thats a fact.
