I had to watch some videos but after I started to use it, I loved it. I really like that it doesn’t get as hot as a regular curling iron. Plus it has a lot more tools to dry and smooth.

It worked amazing for a whole month. Shortly after, a red light started blinking. When I read the manual it stated that this blinking red light indicated that the filter needed to be cleaned. After cleaning it with the tool that it comes with, it worked for 10 seconds before it started doing it again. I repeated this cleaning process 5 more times. Another problem I read on the internet was a possibility of it overheating. I left it to cool for an entire week. When I tried to use it again, the blinking red light came back on and it wouldn’t turn on. I’m really disappointed, as this wasn’t a cheap product. I was told it would be as good as new, yet it came to me dirty. I wanted to love it, but I don’t think I will be buying refurbished again from Best Buy.

Got over it because I was super excited to use the product. Went to plug it in and nothing. Just blinking red light. Googled what that could be and it said too many different things that I figured the best thing to do would be to return it because whyyy in the world would I need to perform an operation on a brand “new” $400 product. Granted, its refurbished. I know, It happens. But dang, so disappointed.
