The overall design is great. I have 2 full size dysons and just love them. This one didnt feel like it sucked very good and it was heavy for a hand held. I really dont think it had anything to do with the fact that it was a refurbished. Looked brand new. When it sat in the recharging craddle - i had to prop it up a bit so it would charge. this i thought was a big problem. it charged fine - but i didnt keep it long enough to really know. i returned this item. I would try a refurbished item again.

Looks good love design. Love trigger. Picks up dust I need for my hardwood floor space. Love bagless technology. Everything awesome except battery life. Figure that's why the product description tries to adress battery issue claiming it's good trying to overcome that objection but that is my biggest objection about this product. Still. Even though their ad claims otherwise. I would give 5 stars all around if battery lasted longer than 5 minutes. You literally have time to vacuum up one room or area then it's dead. Minutes of use vs. hours to charge. With all the advances in technology I would have thought they could make a battery last longer. And if not why not have a thin long cord kinda like an iPhone wall charger thing but long to plug in for power while vacuuming???

Always leary of purchasing an item that has been refurbished. Seeing how Best Buy is a reputable company, we decided to take a leap of faith. Glad we did. Unit works as expected and there are no problems whatsoever. We use it in the car and for the furniture. Paid half the price and got a nice unit. It's good we can trust Best Buy for something like this.

This is my second Dyson cordless (I was able to purchase a refurbished one for a lot less a few years ago). Best Buy had the lease expensive refurb available. I had a friend purchase one the very next day!

I was a little unsure on how this product was going to work! Works as good as a new handheld. No isssues and all parts were in the box for mounting and also the additional attachments. I would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase!

Works like it is brand new. You signs that it is refurbished. Quick charge period around 5 minutes.

I am very satisfied with the Dyson refurbished hand vac.

DO NOT buy the Dyson hand held vacuums. It takes 3 hours to charge them and only run for 5 minutes per charge. I think for the money they charge for the vacuums they could make a longer running battery.
