Upon getting the first one for my office it would not pair with my phone (which has never had issues pairing before), i called support and talked some clueless tech for about an hour before we were disconnected (and he never called back). I fiddled with it more and more and finally it connected, keep in mind i tried with 3 different phones, it wasn't 3 bad phones. That being said there is a firmware update it needs to do, half the time it keeps saying the unit is disconnected from WIFI (nothing else in my office has a issue) but this unit kept saying that. I turned it off and on about 10x and it finally updated the firmware. Same exact issues with the other 4 units in my home. In my opinion these are extremely overpriced and overrated oscillating fans. I also bought spare filters with these at almost $100 a piece, another waste of money. The packaging is poor and the instructions are poor. I'm absolutely positive there is a better alternative out there other than this. I even own a Dyson vacuum and that has fallen apart in the last month. Not very impressed with this company, this will be my last purchases ever from them. I do not recommend this at all.

I am sorry to read your review, and to learn of the very frustrating experience you had have in your use, thus far, with your Dyson TP04 Pure Cool Tower. Our Pure Cool Tower features 350 degrees of oscillation help to project purified air around the whole room, and the intelligent reporting is designed to automatically sense, capture and project - then report back to your Dyson Link app. Dyson's Air Multiplier technology does deliver over 77 gallons per second of smooth, yet powerful airflow. Another enhancement is the backward airflow mode, which is great for use in winter. You also will have airflow speeds ranging from 1-10, to ensure you can adjust the strength of airflow to your liking. Airflow may be adjusted via the included remote control as well as remotely through the Dyson Link App. The 360° sealed HEPA and activated charcoal filters are designed to remove gases and capture 99.97% of microscopic allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, including bacteria, mold, odors from cooking, scented candles and car exhausts.

In the last month I have bought 2 TPO1, TPO2 and this one. This one is in my open living room dining room. The fan is powerful and I love it has the app and tells me the air quality in my room. These are super high end purifiers and they are awesome. My house has hospital purified air now. My breathing is much better and my allergies are much better. They are expensive but if you need an air purifier this is the brand to get they are worth every penny.
