I would recommend this to a friendDidn't cool as much as I expected..
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a few Dyson products including the hot and cold fan. I was actually surprised that this is not cool as much as my hot and cold fan that I bought several years ago. For the $550 price I actually thought it would cool a little better. I think maybe in a room smaller than the 400 square feet it recommends it would probably work very well.

Posted .Hello Katana, this is Kelly with Dyson. I'm happy to inform you that Dyson Pure Cool Link is Dyson's connected air purifier. It will operate via the included remote control or also can be controlled remotely via the Dyson Link app. Along with controlling your machine, you will also have the ability to set cleaning schedules and review air quality over time and in real time. Please note that Dyson Pure Cool Link is not an AC unit and will not chill the air it produces. Instead, it is designed to cool you with a wind like effect and a powerful smooth stream of air.
We'd value the opportunity to learn more about your experience and answer any other questions or concerns you have on your Dyson. Please feel free to email us directly at askdysonUS@dyson.com. We will be in touch.
Best wishes,
Kelly

Not what I expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The air quality at home was already fine, but this isn’t a fan. I thought the air cool tower would be as powerful as the smaller fans Dyson makes but this ultra quiet air purifier is just that. It’s definitely not a fan and neither am I. Not worth the money, but it looks nice at least.

Posted .Hi Angel, this is Carissa with Dyson. We are sorry to hear you are less than satisfied with our Dyson TP04 Pure Cool Tower and we appreciate your continued support. Our Purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but our technology is unparalleled. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channelling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air. Take a look at this brief video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUJ-X1rsKV4. Dyson Purifiers, when purchased new and from an authorized retailer will include a free 2 year warranty. We are committed to customer satisfaction and would value the opportunity to ensure that your unit is performing as intended. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at askdysonUS@dyson.com we are keen on providing support and would value the opportunity to learn more regarding your experience. Best wishes, Carissa Dyson Customer Support
