Unboxing was easy and simple to hang the bracket for charging station. You dont have to add the charger to the wall mount if you want to charge battery seperately. The battery must be 100% before you use it so plug it in asap to get it going. I can say first tine thorough the trigger was annoying but is nice once you get used to it. The emotying of the canister is super easy but my dog hair still need a little help coming out but normal dust fell right out. Yhe standard seivek head worked on our high plush, medium plush and laminate flooring well. The boost feature is the most suction and it runs like a pretty shoo vac when you use that mode. Id say Dyson, my first, did not dissapoint. I guess i now know why theyre so expensive. Light and well balanced. Can sit flush on tabke with battery in to pit down easily and mive stuff around. They thought of it all.

It's a strong vacuum with versatile attachments. The quick trigger is a lot better to me than a switch. It's light and the attachments are very helpful. The wall mount is sturdy when put up properly and it looks pleasant enough to not have to keep it tucked away in a closet. We moved to this from a Shark and everything fits together much more snuggly than the Shark did. Overall great durability and suction strength so far.

The absolute best investment I've ever made in my life. I've lived in a lot of places with hard wood floors and now that I had carpet I knew do I needed something that would help with cleaning, make things easier, be energy efficient, and above all do a good job. I was impeccably surprised by the quality of this product and how much easier it's made my life with cleaning and caring for my living space. I will forever be a Dyson vacuum user from this day forward and I'm never going cheap on a vacuum ever again. Maybe someday I'll be able to upgrade to the newest models that can tell you what you're vacuuming up. My floors have never been cleaner and I love that I can use it on my car too, such an amazing piece of equipment that's is truly worth every single dollar and dime I spent on it.

The Dyson vaccum is the best vaccum I’ve purchased in a while and has the best results, it cleans very good and its several levels of power are very powerful and easy to use !

This baby works like magic, I used to have the V10 animal one before and this works way better! Battery wise and suction power! It’s definitely worth the investment.

I purchased the V11 at a good price on Black Friday. First, look at the dust bin in the picture. I usually only clean my room with a robot vacuum cleaner, but today I took a picture because I wanted to show the dust that came out when I cleaned a room with carpets using the V11. I wonder if there is any vacuum cleaner other than Dyson that can remove this much fine dust from carpets. In addition, V11 added a feature that was not present in V10, and the feature that tells you the remaining time is really useful. Compared to the V10, I feel that the battery lasts longer, so I highly recommend the reasonably priced V11.

Great performance. Cleans exceptionally well. Speak and light well. Easy to clean. Head is optimal size. Silent compared to other vacuum. There is an amusing sound it makes every time it’s turned off. Can be used on carpet and floor without changing any attachments or accessories.

I bought 2 of these a few days ago on a Bestbuy black Friday sale. One for me and one for my daughter. I opened one to try it out. Easy to use plenty of power. My big complaint is when I tried to vacumn a smaller 2x3' carpeted bath mat, it had so much power (even on the eco setting) that it sucked tight to the rug and I couldn't even move it. when I researched the vav, all of the videos on Youtube showed the motor bar attachment had a red slider on the front to adjust the height. I found that this model at bestbuy is accually called the extra. Even on the Dyson site it does not have the turbo head with the slider. Dyson said I could order one. That won't happen. $128... On some rugs it is harder to push. It is a great vacumn, but I am so disapointed that I can't adjust the height for different carpets that I may return them. Only buy a v-11 that has the turbo attachment with the red slider on the front to select different height levels. If they would have had That I would have given 4 or 5 stars. The photo is the one you will get if you buy at Bestbuy. CAN NOT adjust for different levels

This Dyson V11 is beautiful! It was a Christmas gift for my daughter and her husband….They have 3 children under 4 yrs and I want to give them a gift that made life easier at each meal. They can’t believe how much faster and efficient clean up is and they use it multiple times a day! Makes Grandma so happy;’). Yup! Knocked it out of the park! I took a picture of my 2013 Dyson V6 in my travel coach and it still runs beautifully. Replacement parts and batteries are available if needed. Thank you Dyson for making a product for every household.

This vacuum is very efficient. It picks up dirt and dust that you cannot see with the naked eye. It has tools that you can vacuum your mattresses get into crevices and clean ceiling fans and even take it to your car and vacuum your car because it is cordless or any area that you need to vacuum and it cleans better than any vacuum that I have ever owned. I recommend this vacuum.

Works great for hardwood and carpet floors, doesn't scratch the wood and the battery lasts a long time, has the right accessories to vacuum my car. It has 3 suction levels and when you are using it it indicates how much time remains on the battery.

Best vacuum ive ever bought in my hole life. It has a boost mode that sucks up everything it never clogs and it not hard to push at all it runs super smooth. Also its very durable worth the price you wont regret buying it good for wood floors and carpet.

Best i ever had . I dont like vaccuming but after this dyson i can do anytime and thing. This helped a kot with car cleaning too.

We like the versatility of this cordless vacuum, as it lets us handle our cars with the short attachments that come with it, and it has a nice mounting system, which we have on our wall.

One the best vacuum cleaners I have used so far. Even the small hairs and dust gets cleaned and the corners. The one downside is that the battery is too heavy and might feel uncomfortable if you keep holding it for too long.

I couldn’t wait to get this home and use it. After charging I cleaned my whole house. Loved it.

Excellent vacuum. I love the 3 suction modes it has. Great maneuverability and easy to assemble. It’s everything I expected.
