If you are looking for cheap and basic phone that works this is great choice. Samsung t199 is modern, small, easy to operate phone with long lasting battery. Buy it as your secondary or backup phone and you will not regret. :)

I have used this phone for almost a year. It never crashed. Its battery life seems longer than my other smart phones in the similar level. It is easy to transfer files to SD card. The home button is not very handy though.

The phone is nice and large.. great for this guy's eyesight. it's easy to navigate and go through the apps.. pretty speedy.. i really enjoy my new phone.. i recommend it for anyone who wants a nice big clear display.

We still use an Android from 3 years ago & was prejudiced against Verizon...no one is perfect, but this Verizon phone makes up for many of the hours I spent with customer service trying to help my parents.

Bought this for my son. He was thrilled! Ok so it isn't a Samsung S6 or an iphone, but it is an upgrade from what he had. It has a great screen and some cool features that he seems to be enjoying.

It is not a flagship phone by any means. But it is well built and great device for most commonly used functions on a smartphone. I like the fact that it will also work with pre-paid GSM carriers.

I bought this phone for my nephew and he loves it. Very easy to use. It has good resolution and the camera takes some very good pics. It might be the best value of any phone for this price.

A GoPhone is an inexpensive cell phone especially for the car if ever there was an emergency. The $25.00 refill card is a great value, it is good for 90 days.

Great little phone. I refuse to spend hundreds on a phone. This phone did what I need I needed. One downfall is lack of storage even with a sd card.

Tax for 911 service. Its a charged based on cards purchased so each card will be charged the same amount no matter how much value you put on there.

I'm glad they do the prepay on the 911 fee, otherwise I wouldn't want to pay it. I know it's a legitimate charge and that it is on every bill for every phone, but that doesn't mean I want to pay it for every phone I own. On the other hand, I love knowing 911 is there for me and my family.

I bought this phone at a great price using a competitor price match. Unfortunately, I wish I researched the phone before buying it. Many users have had a variety of problems with this phone, and I wish I did not purchase it as a result. I would recommend that anyone considering purchasing this phone do an online search for complaints about it before deciding whether or not to purchase it.
