I would recommend this product to anyone and is great for kids and parents who want to control their access.

Fees and more fees for cell service. But I guess for 911 service, the price isn’t bad.

Lightweight, easy to use, great sound! Perfect for my morning run. I can hear my music loud and clear and also the birds chirping and any cars that might be nearby without it interfering with the music in listening to.

Replaced a previous flip phone. Still haven't found the NEED to get smart and pay much more money for data.

I purchased this for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. it has all the features that she needs, and helps her to not over budget. Her monthly pre pay is less than she had for years, and this phone has just as many features.

This phone is a great phone and the best price here at best buy for $59.99 where everywhere else its between 100-150. Crazy I know, but I have no complaints the phone is a really good phone and I plan to get another for my son.

Haven't used the phone too much, but seems great for the price on sale. Has a nice rubber feel to it, and is also water resistant. Isn't the fanciest phone out there, but more than enough for what it costs and is capable of.

The fee is minimal and worth it for the simplicity to have Tracfone and double the minutes program

This was a phone I bought on clearance. Light years better then my last phone.

For $30, it's an excellent Windows phone, much better than the previous generation. The only wish is Microsoft/Nokia changes the ON/OFF function so that the phone won't turn on with just one short or accidental touch.

I got the Motorola E 2nd generation phone and paid 911 fee. Can't buy the phone without it.

Got a prepaid flip-flop for my mom and part of the service plan was this, which is definitely useful. Since her phone is used for emergency uses if anything happens when she's out and about.

911 is great when you need it and it's easy to criticize the tax until then.

This phone could be a go Android phone at home, to experiment and get some Android OS benefits.

It is a lower price in comparison to the real 911 service system. GPS capable.

Not sure if this fee varies between states. It sure adds to the cost of the cellular device, but not as much as the taxes. I'm glad my county has this fee and hope the costs remain as low.
