Unfortunately EA doesn't provide you with all the features of this MMO even with a subscription. A cartel coin card is required in order to unlock certain features or items that are advertised as being a part of the game. The only reason to buy the cartel coins from Best-Best is because you get a free secret in-game gift when you buy the card form Best-Buy.
