To get more channels have to have it higher.

Useful in hi wifi setting

That is not normal use for a roof antenna. TV signals around my apartment are strong, but compete with wifi, cell phone and low flying aircraft signals. I actually did OK with a good set of rabbit ears, but they cant be grounded. This model allowed me to jury rig a ground wire to the Balun thus reducing unwanted static.

It is compact and easy to install but doesn’t come with mounting hardware, you have to purchase that separately.
