I am a 69 year old Triathlete and, needless to say, I was very reluctant to purchase hearing aids I so desperately needed because of the stigma of appearing old! I finally went to an audiologist who recommended a $6K pair of hearing aids and I said there must be a better way. I found EARGO online after doing my research and decided to try them out. They have exceeded my expectations. They are very small, easy to insert and barely noticeable. I have been wearing them for a month and my kids don’t even know yet that I have hearing aids. In addition to them being barely noticeable, the sound quality is excellent and I feel like Superman sometimes. I am hearing things that I haven’t heard in years, like my wife talking from the next room! I highly recommend EARGOs for their size, value and quality!

I have been looking for the perfect pair of OTC hearing aids. I tried an over the ear model by Bose. They worked okay but my glasses and the receiver didn't play nicely together. They kept getting yanked out of my ears whenever I moved my glasses. As soon as I put these in my ears, I knew I had found my match. These are really great. The sound is good. They fit perfectly in my ear canal. They have 4 different modes for different environments. A slight tap on the side of the ear cycles the modes. Nobody knows I'm wearing them. I'm seeing how long it takes my wife to notice them. I can hear with these so much better. The app is a little clunky and not as polished as the Bose app but it suffices and is offset by how great the hearing aids work/feel.

I like the idea of small hearing aids in the ear but didn't work that well. They were difficult to blue tooth and required help from manufacturer. They were a bit noisy at times so wound up returning.

First time trying hearing aids. Seemed to work very well, but didn't fit my ears. Wish the color was skin toned so the black in the ears didn't show as much.

They did not fit my ears , they wanted fall out. I was disappointed because they were the kind I wanted,in ear. Hearing aids.

These are very new. I’m having a hard time actually inserting them into my ear. Not sure how long I’m gonna keep them but so far I do love it even though they’re not all the way inside my ear. Hopefully, I can find someone to help me with this problem

I am returning my second pair today. while I liked these a lot, I just could not get the right one to fit comfortably in the ear. I worked with Cust service and tried different things with no luck. also in both sets the right ear piece went bad within a week. by bad I mean the volume went like half what was suppose to be.

I bought these to use mainly when I go to loud environments to help me hear people close by. I tried multiple times with volume at different settings. I could not hear much better close to me and it made the people further away louder. Also, they really hurt my ears (canals). Very painful. I ensured they were in correctly. I will be returning.

I like these so much I'm buying a pair for my 93 year old mother. I found them to be half the price of what she was being quoted at the local hearing aid dealer. I was impressed with how easy they were to set up once you download an Eargo App. It walks you though a specific process to set up each ear individually. The APP will also allow you to manage the aids depending on your settings as in a bar, church, etc. I am very please with the purchase as it saved me a lot of money and will be perfect for my elderly mother. Comfort, quality of construction, and yes customer support is exceptional. Try a pair out, you will not be disappointed. I know I have three other sets in my desk drawer that never functioned properrly....5 stars

I have been wearing my new Eargo hearing aids everyday since receiving them. My overall expectations are completely exceeded. It took just a day to get used to them and are very comfortable. They are very small, almost invisible, and are easily inserted into my ears. They do come with three sizes of silicone tips to help customize the fit. I actually use one small tip for my left ear and a medium for the right. Setting up the hearing aids was very simple and straight forward with the intuitive phone app. Using the app allows for switching modes depending upon the environment you are in, which changes the effectiveness of the hearing aids. I have found them very useful during meetings, especially ones in large rooms with multiple people. Peoples’ voices seem clearer, less muffled and easier to understand. This really has help me stay focused and attentive during work meetings as well as club meetings. Being in crowded situations has been a challenge for quite some time but wearing these in a crowded bar/restaurant or any noisy situation is incredible. The sound quality and clarity are excellent. It’s easy to discern who is speaking and makes the experience easier, more enjoyable and less exhausting. Friends have commented that I seem much more engaged in these types of settings. Overall, I am so pleased with these hearing aids and highly recommend them.

I have been an Eargo customer in the past and when it was time to replace my old model I checked out their web site and found the Eargo SE which is a new model. Since I was very happy with the service and performance I had gotten out of the Eargo's I purchased the new SEs. They are much improved, Easier to charge and clean. Additionally their app has new programs to ensure they adjust to your hearing needs. There is a program and volume site as well as a sound match site which really improves performance for the user. One example of the app includes a restaurant selection. I was having difficulty hearing when a group of us went out for dinner and the restaurant was busy. I mostly could not participate in the conversation or guessed at what was being said. The new Eargos really helped to improve this situation and I was actually able to join in the conversation. As we all know there is no perfect solution for any of us with hearing loss. I can say that these have helped me reach a much improved result with my hearing. I would highly recommend Eargo for anyone looking to help their hearing. The team at Eargo is ready to help you fine tune your device to your hearing.

i am a 80 year person with a large hearing loss since i was a very young person. i was not treated for hearing until the army would not take me because of the hearing loss. i have had Eargo 5s and 6s They helped but did not meet my very high frequency loss. Then i saw Eargo se and the price was in my reach. So i gave them a try, Now i can hear the click of a light switch. Eargo has been with every step of the way. When i have question and call the customer service the response has been fast. They don't try to sell you a line of bull. If the person does not have the answer they gets you to the person that does have the right answer, can you hear better today than you did yesterday without any help. Thanks Eargo

Best improved hearing aids on the market I can tell you from being an Eargo Max customer A FEW YEARS ago that the new and improved SE version is amazing. All the short comings have been addressed and the outcome is unbelievable. The program sync and noise cancelling in my opinion the most impressive improvement. I can wear them in loud crowds without any issues I recommend Eargo to all my family and friends. Thank you so much for keeping me from getting divorced.

I could not be happier with my Eargo SE's. During my trial period I received several calls from their support team and spoke several times to an Audiologist. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and the support continues. The main thing is that the Eargo's work fantastic and the best part is that they are virtually invisable. I tested the high dollar products and my Eargos perform as good or better. Life sounds great with my Eargos!

I've had the EargoSE for about eight months, and I absolutely love them. So do my wife and daughter, since my most frequently used word is no longer "What?" They work great at home, and in restaurants, as well as in meetings. They are also particularly helpful in large meeting settings, like a classroom!

Eargo SE hearing aids are simple one piece that fit into the ear canal. They are simple to put on unlike hearing aids that fit over the back of the ear especially with glasses. They are easy to fit into the charger as well. Like prescription glasses for the eyesight they really enhanced my hearing.

These are the best OTC hearing aids on the market and I've tried several before I found these!! They may be a little more expensive, but they're worth every penny and the app is great! Also, great customer service too!!
